NBA Betting Tips

Oklahoma City Thunder vs. Milwaukee Bucks @ Fiserv Forum

It’s a great game to get started as the 36-22 Thunder square off against the Greek Freak and the Milwaukee Bucks. Oklahoma City has been the find of the season, and they enter this game with four consecutive wins to their name.

Holding a winning record of 17-10 on the road, the Thunder enter Fiserz Forum with every chance of taking down the best eastern conference team, and perhaps the best in basketball.

Milwaukee has been lights out this season, going 50-8 across the first 58 games. Every time they lose, they go on a lengthy winning streak. They lost to the Pacers before the All-Star break and have rebounded with four consecutive wins. That included an overtime win over the Washington Wizards when Bradley Beal had 55 points.

They are defensively stout in the paint and that’s going to make it tough on the likes of Steven Adams for the Thunder. The Thunder will need to rely on their outside shooting and they don’t have much to speak of.

For those reasons, we’re going with the Bucks in this game. They should be the –7 favourites and there is some value in that line.

Dallas Mavericks vs. Miami Heat @ AmericanAirlines Arena

Both the Mavericks and Heat are scuttling a touch over the last few weeks, which doesn’t bode for either in the playoffs. They will make the playoffs, but losses to inferior teams isn’t going to please the coaches.

For the Mavericks, losing to the Hawks wasn’t a good result but their season has been marred by injuries to Luka Doncic and Kristaps Porzingis. However, they’re both healthy now and we should start to see more consistent results.

As for the Heat, losses to Utah, Atlanta, and Cleveland has seemingly derailed their season. It was going so well for the Heat but they’ll need to find some resolve to get back to their winning ways. It could happen on Saturday against an equally hungry Mavericks side.

Dallas might have the better side at the moment. The Heat have some injury concerns to their swingmen and it’s hurting the likes of Jimmy Butler, who scores only 20.6 points per game as it is.

We’re predicting a close battle that could come down to the final possession. However, momentum is slightly with the Mavericks and they have a good 19-9 record on the road.

Denver Nuggets vs. LA Clippers @ STAPLES Centre

Two powerhouse teams close NBA Saturday as the Nuggets visit the Clippers. The Nuggets are 40-18 with an away record of 17-11, whereas the Clippers are 38-19 and 23-6 at home.

It’s another close matchup of two teams logging for position in the playoffs. Both the Nuggets and Clippers are injury free, so it should make for a great game on Saturday. So, who’s going to win? The Nuggets enter with the better form, having posted wins over Minnesota and Detroit.

Los Angeles beat Memphis last game but that had lost their last three games prior. Kawhi Leonard tried to spur his team on and get some momentum going heading into the finals, and it seemingly worked. The 124-97 win over Memphis was a much better effort, but Memphis isn’t much to face.

Denver lost back-to-back games to the Lakers and Thunder, but those came against top-level opposition. They have been a little suspect on the road at times this season but overall, Denver is a solid team to follow.

Punters are getting another close game to bet on but the Clippers should prevail. They need to have a statement win and this could be it. Look for Kawhi’s teammates to rise up to the occasion, so he can go about his business and score 20 points.

Tip: LA Clippers to win – Bet Now
