The Cavaliers came through a tough series against the Detroit Pistons, and they’re not getting enough credit for taking down the top seed. They won twice on the road, which isn’t easy to do, and they should come into Madison Square Garden with a good mindset.

Donovan Mitchell and James Harden are starting to believe in their ability to win in the playoffs, and there is always a lingering doubt with the Knicks that they can win the Eastern Conference Finals after coming up short most years.

Punters should expect a close game on Wednesday in Game 1, and getting the Cavaliers with a +7.5 start is sizable. They won the most recent meeting 109-94 in February, and the latest meeting at MSG was a two-point win to the Knicks.
