NBA Betting Tips
Los Angeles Lakers vs Indiana Pacers @ Gainbridge Fieldhouse
LeBron James will return to face the Indiana Pacers after serving a one-game ban. He is vital to the Lakers success and they are desperately needing some success.
The Lakers are 9-9 and 2-4 on the road following a win over Detroit, which ended a three-game losing streak. It wasn’t an easy road trip for the Lakers, but with Anthony Davis, Russell Westbrook and James, there are no excuses.
Beating the Pacers is the first target on the agenda, but the Pacers have started to play better basketball. They are 8-11, but they scored wins over New Orleans and Chicago, so that should give them confidence.
Beating Chicago on the road 109-77 was an incredible effort from this team. They are getting quality output from Malcolm Brogdon and Domantis Sebonis, so they are a threat to beat the Lakers.
Most of the early money is coming for Indiana, and with a home record of 5-2, it’s tough to overlook.

Brooklyn Nets vs Boston Celtics @ TD Garden
The Brooklyn Nets are favoured to win the Eastern Conference and they have produced the goods so far.
With a 13-5 record, the Nets are travelling well after three consecutive wins over Cleveland and Orlando. The level of opposition hasn’t been hot, but they are going about their business without much fuss.
Our only concern is their record when facing winning teams. They suffered a 117-99 loss to the Golden State Warriors last week, so they’ll need to play well to beat the in-form Celtics.
Boston had a slow start to the season but it has won four of its last five. Recent wins over the Lakers and Cavaliers ranks well, so the Celtics can’t be overlooked.
Jayson Tatum is living up to expectations with 25.7 points per game. He would love Jaylen Brown in the team, which is a possibility on Thursday.
We’re expecting a close game, but we give the slight edge to the Nets. They should relish the harder game and want to prove they can beat the best in the Eastern Conference.

Philadelphia 76ers vs Golden State Warriors @ Chase Center
The 76ers have been gutted with injuries, including Joel Embiid, Tobias Harris, Seth Curry and now Danny Green.
We’re not sure who will take the court on Thursday against the Golden State Warriors, but they could struggle to keep intact with one of the best offensive teams.
The Warriors have an NBA-best record of 15-2 after bouncing back from a loss to Charlotte with four consecutive wins. Steph Curry has the ball on the string and he’s getting close to averaging 30 points a game.
Draymond Green and Jordan Poole are also playing well, which is why we’re picking the Warriors to win. They are the most confident team at the moment, and we can’t see a weakened 76ers outfit standing in their way.
