JackJumpers vs. 36ers Predictions

Best Bet
The 36ers have firmed into one of the NBL Championship favourites, and after losing 94-87 to the Perth Wildcats, they are seeking redemption.
Bryce Cotton won’t be happy with the loss to his old team, and he could take out his frustrations on Thursday with a big scoring performance. The JackJumpers are there for the taking after losing four on the bounce.
It hasn’t been bad basketball for the JackJumpers, having lost their last two games by a combined three points. However, they’re not doing enough to win, and their lack of depth at the guard position was always going to be an issue.
The –2.5 line for Adelaide isn’t likely to last long, so jump on it before it moves.

Same Game Multi
There is no value in betting on Cotton to have a big scoring night, so we’re going with Isaac Humphries to have a big game in the paint.
He has been a solid bet throughout the season, and getting $1.91 for 15+ points is a fair line with NBL odds. He should dominate close to the rim, and the JackJumpers will be too focused on guarding Cotton at the top of the circle.
We also like Dejan Vasiljevic to have 3+ made threes. He’s a sharpshooter on his day, and with plenty of points expected to drop for Adelaide, he could have a solid scoring night from deep.

Best Value Bet
The 36ers are a team that can pile on the points early and never look back. They should enjoy playing the JackJumpers after some tough games, including an 81-80 loss to Melbourne United, which is a good form guide.
Winning this game is all about which team starts best, and with Tasmania struggling with confidence, Adelaide should jump on them early to establish a healthy first half lead.
$2.30 is a good price, and it’s worth including in NBL picks this week.
