The Hawks haven’t been all that impressive, despite coming off a win over the struggling Bullets, and they have been one of the more disappointing teams this season. We love what JaVale McGee does on offence, but the rest of the team leaves little to be desired.

United should fancy their chances of winning and covering the spread. They lost in overtime to NBL title favourites Adelaide last week, but just getting to overtime was an incredible comeback. They should build on that, so back United -5.5.

McGee could play in a losing team, but he’s set for a 20+ point performance. The Hawks’ big man is a beast inside the paint, and he’s almost impossible to defend because of his size and dunking ability. He should have no problem scoring 20 points.
