Bulldogs vs. Storm Predictions – NRL Round 12 2026

The NRL continues with Round 12 action between the Bulldogs vs. Storm on Friday, May 22 at 8:00pm at Accor Stadium.

The Bulldogs and Storm need to win most of their remaining games to make the playoffs, and momentum is with Melbourne.

Best Bet

Storm @ $2.10

The Storm endured a long losing streak, but they’ve come out the other end with back-to-back wins over the Tigers and Eels.

They haven’t been beating the best teams in the NRL, but the Bulldogs are playing terribly, and the Storm should be favoured to win their third consecutive game.

Troubles have followed the Bulldogs for the last few weeks, and although losing games is one thing, their attitude looks terrible. They’re not playing for their coach, and we’re not sure why they are $1.75 favourites to beat the Storm.

Melbourne is without Cameron Munster and Harry Grant, but they still have Jahrome Hughes, Sualauvi Fa’alogo, and Will Warbrick. That’s enough attacking power to handle the inept attack from the Bulldogs, so the $2.10 odds are generous from bookmakers.

Same Game Multi

Storm H2H, Sualauvi Fa’alogo Anytime Try Scorer, Will Warbrick Anytime Try Scorer, Under 47.5 @ $8.50

Fa’alogo is one of the most exciting players in the game, and he’ll be licking his lips about the prospect of playing the Bulldogs. He didn’t score last week, but that followed four consecutive games with a try, so include him in NRL SGM picks.

Warbrick hasn’t had the most consistent year in the try-scoring department, but punters get value odds. He’s a $1.92 chance to score, and he looked good when scoring a double against the Tigers in Round 10.

We’ve included under 47.5 points in our multi based on the Bulldogs’ lack of offence. They scored totals of 16, 12, 12, and 12 over their last four games, which will be enough for the under to cash for punters.

Best Value Bet

Storm 1-12 @ $3.20

We have the Storm winning outright, but it should be a close game. They won 26-18 and 20-14 in two meetings last year, so it’s usually a close contest.

Those games came at AAMI Park, but given how poorly the Bulldogs are playing, the Storm should prevail by around 8-10 points.

The $3.20 odds are generous enough to include as a value pick.
