Dragons vs. Dolphins Predictions - NRL Round 22 2026Ended

The NRL continues with Round 22 action between the Dragons vs. Dolphins on Friday, July 31 at 6:00 pm at WIN Stadium.

The Dragons are set to win the wooden spoon, and NRL odds suggest that they have little chance of beating the Dolphins.

Best Bet

Dolphins -12.5 @ $1.90

Bet Now

It’s not easy to win by more than two converted tries, but this is an ideal chance for the Dolphins to record a massive victory.

They were embarrassed by the Sharks when losing 66-0, but they rebounded with a 36-16 win over the Cowboys, and that form has been franked. They possess one of the best attacking backlines in the NRL, and the Dragons could struggle to keep up.

The Dragons showed signs of life with a win over the struggling Wests Tigers, but they came back to earth with losses against the Warriors and Titans. Losing 38-18 to the Titans won’t inspire any confidence, and the Dolphins aren’t a team to mess with.

Our NRL predictions have the Dolphins scoring 30-40 points, which should comfortably be enough to beat the Dragons by 13 points.

Same Game Multi

Dolphins -12.5, Jamayne Isaako Anytime Try Scorer, Jack Bostock Anytime Try Scorer, Over 49.5 @ $8.00

Bet Now

Jamayne Isaako has been in fine try-scoring form this season. He has six tries from his last five games, including a double against the Cowboys in Round 20. With a bye week under his belt, he will be fresh and ready to score. The $1.61 odds are generous, so include him in NRL SGM picks.

Jack Bostock doesn’t have any recent tries to boast about, but the newly minted State of Origin player could get back to his best. Tries should be easy to come by for the Dolphins, and Bostock could cash in for punters.

Over 49.5 points is worth including. The Dolphins should post a big total, and the Dragons are good enough to score a couple of tries.

Best Value Bet

Jamayne Isaako First Try Scorer @ $7.50

Bet Now

Isaako is having another big year on the wing for the Dolphins, and he should continue to score tries.

He’s off to the Melbourne Storm next year, but he’s looking to extend his record at Redcliffe, and we have him scoring the first try of the game.

The $7.50 to score the first try is worth including in NRL picks this week.
