The Dragons have all but secured the wooden spoon, but they’re favourites to beat the Titans to kick off action on Sunday.

The Titans couldn’t have been more impressive when beating the Sea Eagles last week, and although it got close late, they never looked like relinquishing the lead.

They are a good team when they put everything together, and although they don’t often string wins together, they play the worst team in the competition on Sunday, so everything points towards another good showing.

It hasn’t been a good year for the Dragons, who have only two wins. They have been unlucky not to win a couple more games, but losing can become a culture, and the Dragons have struggled over the last few years.

We’re surprised to see them as favourites. We can’t remember the last time they were favourites, so the $1.97 odds for the Titans to win is too good to turn down.
