The NRL continues with Round 13 action between the Knights vs. Eels on Saturday, May 30 at 3:00pm at McDonald Jones Stadium.

Kicking off Super Saturday are the Knights and Eels, where the Knights are firm favourites to win their fourth consecutive game.

We love what the Knights have done over the last few weeks, and it was sparked by the return of Kalyn Ponga, who will need to back up after Origin duty.

Ponga has sparked the Knights back into life with wins over the Rabbitohs, Dragons, and Titans, with the last two wins coming by 34 and 24 points. They weren’t tested by those teams, and we can’t see the Eels providing them much of a test either.

The Eels scored an upset win over North Queensland two weeks ago, but they couldn’t follow it up with much against Melbourne, losing 34-8. It wasn’t a good result, and now with the news of Mitch Moses being injured during Origin camp, that doesn’t help the Eels’ chances of winning.

We have the Knights scoring a comfortable win, which is enough to cover the –14.5 spread.

Our NRL SGM odds are boosted by the $3.05 available for Dane Gagai to score a try, which is an excellent price for the experienced player. He hadn’t scored in quite some time before scoring last week against the Titans, and the Eels defence could struggle to contain him.

Fletcher Sharpe scored a double against the Titans, and he’s a quality player on the rise. We’re happy to include him in same game multi bets at $1.75, which is a fair price for the 22-year-old.

Under 53.5 is included in our multi as we don’t see the Eels scoring too many points. The final score could be around 36-12, so include the under.
