NRL Round 10 Expert Tips & Predictions

The NRL continues this week for Round 10 action, kicking off with the Dolphins vs. Bulldogs on Thursday night.

We have NRL betting tips for every game in 2026, including this week’s featured games between the Cowboys vs. Eels, Rabbitohs vs. Sharks, and Sea Eagles vs. Broncos.

Thursday 7/5/26

7:50pm Dolphins vs. Bulldogs @ Suncorp Stadium

Betting Tip: Dolphins –5.5 @ $1.90

The Dolphins took a bit of time to get past the Storm last week, but when they turned it on, they were far too good.

We expect something similar against the struggling Bulldogs to kick things off this week, with the Bulldogs struggling to show their form of last season.

The –5.5 line is worth taking before it increases.

Friday 8/5/26

6:00pm Roosters vs. Titans @ Polytec Stadium

Betting Tip: Roosters -16.5 @ $1.90

The Titans aren’t putting up much of a fight against the good NRL teams, which includes the Roosters.

We have the Roosters scoring a convincing win on Friday, and they should be ready to produc another big effort following a win over the Broncos.

The –16.5 spread is sizable, but given their respective form, the Roosters should put up a big number.

8:00pm Cowboys vs. Eels @ Queensland Country Bank Stadium

Betting Tip: Cowboys –8.5 @ $1.90

The Cowboys have hit top gear over the last few weeks, and with many of their players looking for an Origin spot, they’re rising to the occasion.

After scoring an impressive win last week over the Bulldogs, the Cowboys have a full head of steam, which is something the Eels don’t have after getting torched late against the Warriors last Saturday.

It should be another one-sided win for the in-form Cowboys.

Saturday 9/5/26

3:00pm Dragons vs. Knights @ WIN Stadium

Betting Tip: Knights –8.5 @ $1.90

The Knights got Kayln Ponga back from injury last week, and it made an immediate impact. He orchestrated the offence well, and it was enough to sink the Rabbitohs in a wild game at McDonald Jones Stadium.

We’re not betting on the Dragons until they turn things around, which could take a few years, so we’re including the Knights –8.5 in our NRL picks this week.

They have momentum, and they could make a good mid-season run.

5:30pm Rabbitohs vs. Sharks @ Accor Stadium

Betting Tip: Sharks @ $2.26

We weren’t impressed by the Rabbitohs’ defence against Newcastle last week, which opened with ease throughout the game.

It was a poor showing, and with the Sharks getting their confidence back with a big win over the Tigers, we’re snapping up the value for the Sharks head-to-head.

$2.26 is a good price from bookmakers, and they’re an excellent underdog pick.

7:35pm Sea Eagles vs. Broncos @ 4 Pines Park

Betting Tip: Sea Eagles –1.5 @ $1.90

It’s one of the closest games of the week, but we’re picking the Sea Eagles to bounce back from a close loss to the Panthers.

They played well enough to beat the table toppers, but they couldn’t quite get it done. However, they could give the Broncos another loss after they were well-handled by the Roosters in Round 9.

They’re seeking consecutive home wins, so include them in NRL picks.

Sunday 10/5/26

2:00pm Storm vs. Wests Tigers @ AAMI Park

Betting Tip: Storm -5.5 @ $1.90

The Storm are going through the ringer right now, but we’re giving them one more chance to end their horrific losing streak.

With State of Origin just around the corner, numerous Storm players need to play well to make their respective teams. That, along with ending their losing streak, should be enough to get them up for this game.

With the Tigers playing terribly last week, this is an ideal chance for the Storm to break out with a big performance.

4:05pm Raiders vs. Panthers @ Gio Stadium

Betting Tip: Raiders +10.5 @ $1.90

We expected a good game from the Raiders last week, and they didn’t disappoint themselves as the underdogs against the Titans.

They go from playing one of the worst to playing the best team this week, but they should do enough to keep it close at home.

As they showed last week, the Panthers can be pushed close, and they’re not firing on all cylinders despite leading the comp.
