The NRL continues this week for Round 12 action, kicking off with the Raiders vs. Dolphins on Thursday night, and it’s a shortened round because of State of Origin next week.
We have NRL betting tips for every game in 2026, including this week’s featured games between the Bulldogs vs. Storm, Dragons vs. Warriors, and Cowboys vs. Rabbitohs.
Thursday 21/5/26
The Dolphins are missing a few players due to Origin, but they still have a team good enough to beat the Raiders, especially after making their way inside the top eight.
After beating the Rabbitohs with ease last week, the Dolphins are one of the form teams in the competition, and the Raiders haven’t been playing well enough for punters to snap up the $1.96 odds for them to win.
The Dolphins are a safer bet, and their odds could firm on game day.

There are big concerns with the Bulldogs after losing another game, and although they don’t lose as much as the Storm with Origin duties, we can’t put our money on the Dogs.
They are playing a terrible brand of football, and many of their best players look disinterested in making an effort. Therefore, despite being 13th on the NRL ladder, we have the Storm scoring their third consecutive win.
Playing with Cameron Munster and Harry Grant won’t be easy, but they have Jahrome Hughes playing in the halves, and he could be the difference. Take the $1.95 as one of the better underdog bets of the week.

The Dragons continued their long losing streak last week against the Panthers, and although they didn’t play too poorly, scoring six points won’t get it done in the NRL.
Looking to capitalise are the Warriors, who sit comfortably in second place on the NRL ladder. Losing Tanner Boyd was a killer blow in their big win over the Broncos, but it gives the opportunity for Luke Metcalf to come back and make a statement.
Based on their form, the Warriors should put up another big score on the worst team in the competition.

The Sea Eagles should relish the chance of playing against the Titans in this situation, with the Titans losing their best players to Origin.
It has been hard enough for Gold Coast to win games, let alone with their leaders, and that won’t bode well against a Sea Eagles team that comes off relatively light with Origin selection, hence the –12.5 line from bookmakers.
It should be a one-sided score, so include Sea Eagles –12.5 in NRL picks this week.

Despite being massive underdogs against the Roosters last week, the Cowboys were far too good, and they should keep their winning run going against the Rabbitohs.
Bookmakers expect a close game between the top eight teams, but with the Cowboys playing at home with most of their best players, they should be tough to hold out.
We recommend taking the –2.5 line before it moves to –4.5 during the week. The weight of money should come for the home team, and bookies have generous odds available.
