NRL Round 16 2026 Expert Tips & Predictions

The NRL continues this week for Round 16 action, kicking off with the Knights vs. Dragons on Friday night.

We have NRL betting tips for every game in 2026, including this week’s featured games between the Bulldogs vs. Sea Eagles, Storm vs. Raiders, and Roosters vs. Sharks.

Friday 19/6/26

8:00pm Knights vs. Dragons @ McDonald Jones Stadium

Betting Tip: Knights –10.5 @ $1.90

The Knights look to hold their top eight spot with a win over the Dragons, which shouldn’t be too hard.

The Dragons, whilst having some recent success, aren’t close to being good enough to beat the Knights, who could be a real threat in September.

We expect a one-sided game from the outset, so take the Knights –10.5.

Saturday 20/6/26

3:00pm Wests Tigers vs. Dolphins @ Campbelltown Sports Stadium

Betting Tip: Dolphins –7.5 @ $1.90

The Dolphins are one of the hottest teams in the NRL, and although the Tigers defeated the Titans last week, this is a much harder game for the hosts.

We haven’t been impressed by the Tigers in 2026, and the Dolphins are good enough to pile on the points quickly, especially with their Origin stars returning.

The –7.5 line is sizable, but all things being equal, the Dolphins should power past the Tigers.

5:30pm Titans vs. Panthers @ Cbus Super Stadium

Betting Tip: Panthers -12.5 @ $1.90

The Panthers don’t usually muck around against weak teams, which was demonstrated when beating the Tigers 64-0 a couple of weeks ago.

With the Titans coming off a poor loss to the Tigers, their confidence levels are low, and the Panthers should take advantage and score a big win.

There are no weak points to the Panthers’ game, so the –12.5 line isn’t worrying.

7:35pm Bulldogs vs. Sea Eagles @ Accor Stadium

Betting Tip: Bulldogs +6.5 @ $1.90

The Sea Eagles have been the better team so far, but it’s time for the Bulldogs to show some fight at the mid-stage of the season.

They haven’t lived up to expectations, but despite sitting in 12th on the ladder, they still have time to make a run to the finals.

A close game is expected, so the +6.5 line at home is generous.

2:00pm Warriors vs. Cowboys @ ONE NZ Stadium

Betting Tip: Warriors –9.5 @ $1.90

The Warriors were disappointed with their loss to the Sharks last week, but they didn’t get the rub of the green.

It was a tough loss to stomach, but coming to Christchurch at the new stadium could reenergise the Warriors, who look to keep pace with the Panthers at the top of the table.

Life has been tough for the Cowboys recently, and the Warriors could add to their struggles.

4:05pm Storm vs. Raiders @ AAMI Park

Betting Tip: Storm –9.5 @ $1.90

We have just about given up hope for the Raiders, who haven’t provided much attack over the last two weeks.

They went almost two games without scoring a point, and although they scored two tries late in the game against the Eels, it was a poor performance.

The Storm have made a good run after a shocking start, and we can’t see them losing at home.

6:15pm Roosters vs. Sharks @ Allianz Stadium

Betting Tip: Roosters –5.5 @ $1.90

Origin period is always tricky for the Roosters, as they showed last week, but they get their superstar players back for this game.

We expect the –5.5 line to move to –6.5 later in the week, and we expect the Roosters to win by a converted try, so it’s an important line to snap up.

They should have a slight advantage over the Sharks, so back them with confidence.
