NRL Round 17 2026 Expert Tips & Predictions

The NRL continues this week for Round 17 action, kicking off with the Eels vs. Rabbitohs on Thursday night.

We have NRL betting tips for every game in 2026, including this week’s featured games between the Broncos vs. Roosters, Dolphins vs. Warriors, and Sea Eagles vs. Storm.

Thursday 25/6/26

7:50pm Eels vs. Rabbitohs @ CommBank Stadium

Betting Tip: Eels +6.5 @ $1.90

We don’t expect there to be much between the Eels and Rabbitohs, so we’re locking in Eels +6.5.

They will enjoy getting Mitch Moses back in the team, and he’s good enough to see them hang with the Rabbitohs, who are desperately hanging onto a top eight spot.

It could come down to the final five minutes, so Eels +6.5 is the play.

Friday 26/6/26

6:00pm Titans vs. Bulldogs @ Cbus Super Stadium

Betting Tip: Bulldogs @ $1.90

Punters got $3 for the Bulldogs to beat the Sea Eagles last week, which was crazy money, and they are worth sticking with against the Titans.

The Titans might be coming off an upset win over the Panthers, but they don’t often string wins together, and the Bulldogs are on the hunt for a top eight spot.

It should be a close game, but money is likely to come for the road team.

8:00pm Broncos vs. Roosters @ Suncorp Stadium

Betting Tip: Broncos @ $2.17

It’s all or nothing now for the Broncos, who need to start winning games to have any chance of defending their title.

Beating the Roosters won’t be easy following their big win over the Sharks. However, they could struggle to put a similar performance together, and the Broncos have a team good enough to capitalise on any error made.

The situation suits the Broncos, and it’s not often punters get $2.18 for them at Suncorp.

Saturday 27/5/26

3:00pm Dolphins vs. Warriors @ Suncorp Stadium

Betting Tip: Warriors +3.5 @ $1.90

It’s a tough game to predict, and despite the Warriors picking up some injuries in their win over the Cowboys, they are a tough side to beat.

The Dolphins have been in excellent form, and they come into this game fresh. However, they don’t always win the big games, and their lack of experience in the finals often plays against them. Therefore, the Warriors could capitalise.

The +3.5 line is good enough to include in NRL bets this week.

Warriors by 2

5:30pm Cowboys vs. Panthers @ Queensland Country Bank Stadium

Betting Tip: Panthers –11.5 @ $1.90

The Panthers suffered a shock loss to Gold Coast last week, but they rested their Origin players, who now return against the Cowboys.

Given the way the Cowboys have played over the last few weeks, we expect the Panthers to put up a big score. The Cowboys’ defence has been shocking, especially on the edges, where the Panthers love to exploit.

The –11.5 line could move to –11.5 during the week, so lock in the early value.

Panthers by 14

7:35pm Sea Eagles vs. Storm @ 4 Pines Park

Betting Tip: Storm +5.5 @ $1.90

We are surprised by the line for this game. The Sea Eagles lost to the Bulldogs last week, and the Storm looked good when putting on a second-half blitz against the Raiders.

After a slow start to the year, the Storm have turned things around, and if they make the finals, no team will want to play them.

The +5.5 line is much better than expected, so we’re jumping on it.

Storm by 6

Sunday 28/5/26

2:00pm Raiders vs. Dragons @ GIO Stadium

Betting Tip: Dragons +11.5 @ $1.90

The Raiders and Dragons battle for the wooden spoon, and although the Dragons were expected to be terrible this season, the Raiders weren’t.

They have been awful over the past few weeks, and just when it looked like they had turned things around against Melbourne last Sunday at 20-20 at halftime, they were dreadfully poor in the second half.

Therefore, the Dragons +11.5 is a line worth taking. The quality won’t be high, so it should be a close contest.

Raiders by 4

4:05pm Knights vs. Wests Tigers @ McDonald Jones Stadium

Betting Tip: Knights –6.5 @ $1.90

The Knights won only narrowly against the Dragons last week, but they never looked like losing.

They got off to a 12-0 start before taking their foot off the gas, and it almost cost them. However, they should be more focused against the Tigers, who haven’t been overly impressive throughout the season.

Class should prevail, and the Knights should win by double digits.
