NRL Round 19 Expert Tips & Predictions 2026

The NRL continues this week for Round 19 action, kicking off with the Wests Tigers vs. Warriors on Friday night.

We have NRL betting tips for every game in 2026, including this week’s featured games between the Dolphins vs. Sharks, Roosters vs. Eels, and Rabbitohs vs. Knights.

Friday 10/7/26

8:00pm Wests Tigers vs. Warriors @ Campbelltown Sports Stadium

Betting Tip: Warriors –7.5 @ $1.90

The Warriors return from a bye, and they should be tough to beat against a struggling Tigers outfit.

New Zealand currently sits second on the NRL ladder, and a win on Friday night would put pressure on Penrith at the top.

Given how well they have played, the Warriors should win and cover the –7.5 spread. The Tigers don’t have Jarome Luai, so they’ll struggle to put points on the board against a Warriors defence that ranks as one of the best.

Saturday 11/7/26

3:00pm Dolphins vs. Sharks @ Kayo Stadium

Betting Tip: Dolphins –3.5 @ $1.90

The Dolphins put up a good fight against Newcastle last week, but they were clearly missing their Origin players.

We expect a much more polished performance with the likes of Selwyn Cobbo and Hamiso Tabuai-Fidow in the team, and although the Sharks are playing well, the Dolphins’ electric attack could be too powerful.

The –3.5 line won’t last long, so take the early offering.

5:30pm Bulldogs vs. Raiders @ Accor Stadium

Betting Tip: Bulldogs -5.5 @ $1.90

It’s tough to know what the Bulldogs and Raiders will do week to week, but with the Bulldogs lurking just outside the top eight, this is a game they should win.

They have steadily made their way up the leaderboard after a poor start, and with the Raiders not playing to the best of their ability, the Bulldogs should feel confident.

Take the –5.5 line before it moves to 6.5 later in the week.

7:35pm Roosters vs. Eels @ Allianz Stadium

Betting Tip: Eels +14.5 @ $1.90

The Eels showed heart when beating the Sea Eagles as +9.5 underdogs last week and getting Mitch Moses back in the team only helps their chances.

Consistency hasn’t been their strength, but this is an ideal time to play the Roosters, with many of their players coming off Origin duty.

The +14.5 line is big, so we’re including the Eels in our NRL picks this week.

2:00pm Rabbitohs vs. Knights @ Accor Stadium

Betting Tip: Knights @ $1.86

The Knights face a tough test against the Rabbitohs, but after scoring a gutsy win over the Dolphins, we have them in our picks again.

They got off to a 12-0 lead before kicking a late field goal to win the game, and with the Rabbitohs coming off a loss, the pressure is on them to perform at home.

A close game is expected, so the Knights have a good attitude, and they’re worth including in picks.

4:05pm Sea Eagles vs Cowboys @ 4 Pines Park

Betting Tip: Cowboys +4.5 @ $1.90

The Sea Eagles folded easily against Eels last week in what was a poor defensive effort, so we’re betting against them on Sunday.

It hasn’t been easy for the Cowboys recently, but they have shown fight over the last couple of games, and they’re pushing for a top eight spot.

It could come down to the final 10 minutes, so take the Cowboys with a +4.5 start.

6:15pm Storm vs. Titans @ AAMI Park

Betting Tip: Storm –8.5 @ $1.90

The Storm need to produce a big performance after a lacklustre loss, and the Titans are the ideal opponent on a Sunday evening.

Being 11th on the ladder isn’t where anyone placed the Storm with pre-season markets, but if they win every game from here on out, they have a small chance of making the finals.

It should start with a one-sided win over the Titans as –8.5 favourites.
