The NRL continues this week for Round 20 action, kicking off with the Panthers vs. Broncos on Thursday night.

We have NRL betting tips for every game in 2026, including this week’s featured games between the Sharks vs. Knights, Roosters vs. Storm, and Dolphins vs. Cowboys.

It’s tough to get behind the Broncos after a poor season, and we’re picking the Panthers to put a number on them.

It’s business as usual for the Panthers, who are the premiership favourites, and although a –13.5 spread is tough to over, the Broncos can give up points easily.

6:00pm Sharks vs. Knights @ Ocean Protect Stadium

Betting Tip: Sharks –5.5 @ $1.90

We liked the way the Knights fought back to lose narrowly against the Rabbitohs last week, but it wasn’t a well-played game.

That leads us to take the Sharks at –5.5, as they’re one of the form teams in the competition after destroying the Dolphins on the road last week.

It was an impressive performance, and their confidence levels are sky high.

8:00pm Roosters vs. Storm @ Allianz Stadium

Betting Tip: Roosters –5.5 @ $1.90

We’re grabbing the Roosters –5.5 before the line moves during the week, as we expect most of the money to come for the Roosters.

They have played well enough to be third on the NRL ladder, and although the Storm have improved lately, only narrowly beating the Titans last week isn’t a good sign.

The Roosters should be too good at home, so take the opening line.

3:00pm Raiders vs. Rabbitohs @ GIO Stadium

Betting Tip: Rabbitohs @ $2.02

It’s tough to know what to expect from the Raiders and Rabbitohs, who come off Round 19 wins.

The Raiders were much-improved with a win over the Bulldogs, and the Rabbitohs held off the fast-finishing Knights in a nail biter.

We have the Rabbitohs being a better team, as the NRL ladder suggests, and they could score a crucial win for their top eight hopes.

5:35pm Warriors vs. Dragons @ Go Media Stadium

Betting Tip: Warriors -14.5 @ $1.90

The Warriors are looking to keep the pressure on the Panthers at the top, and they looked good when hammering the Wests Tigers last week.

It was a comprehensive victory against a struggling team, and although the Dragons have played better in recent weeks, they’re not a good team.

Punters should expect the Warriors to pile on the points to cover the –14.5 spread.

7:35pm Bulldogs vs. Wests Tigers @ Accor Stadium

Betting Tip: Bulldogs –6.5 @ $1.90

The Bulldogs were disappointing against the Raiders last week, which didn’t do their playoff chances any good. However, the Tigers were just as bad against the Warriors.

Winning this game comes down to attitude, and although it requires a bounce back effort, the Bulldogs should have enough in the tank to cover the spread.

They have a much better team on paper, and a win helps their finals claims.

Betting Tip: Sea Eagles –5.5 @ $1.90

Pressure is on the Sea Eagles to perform after some poor losses, including last week when blowing a lead against the Cowboys.

They get a good chance to rebound with a win over the Titans, who played well against Melbourne last week, but it was another loss on the record.

Money should come for Manly to win, so include them in NRL picks this week.

Betting Tip: Dolphins –3.5 @ $1.90

It’s fair to say that we’re not sure what to make of the Dolphins’ awful performance against the Sharks last week.

They were missing some key players, but losing 66-0 is an attitude problem, and they’ll need to show something much better to beat the Cowboys.

The Origin additions should help, so they get one more chance.
