NRL Round 21 Expert Tips & Predictions 2026

The NRL continues this week for Round 21 action, kicking off with the Eels vs. Panthers on Thursday night.

We have NRL betting tips for every game in 2026, including this week’s featured games between the Knights vs. Roosters, Bulldogs vs. Warriors, and Cowboys vs Broncos.

Thursday 23/7/26

7:50pm Eels vs. Panthers @ CommBank Stadium

Betting Tip: Eels +12.5 @ $1.90

The Panthers have struggled recently, including a loss to the Broncos last week, and the Eels could take full advantage of it.

The Eels are out of finals contention, but they typically play their best footy without pressure on them, and the Panthers are there for the taking.

A close game is expected, so take the +12.5 line for the underdogs.

Friday 24/7/26

6:00pm Knights vs. Roosters @ McDonald Jones Stadium

Betting Tip: Knights @ $2.13

Pressure is on the Knights to beat the Roosters, as they have one of the hardest runs to the finals.

They need a win after falling just short of the Sharks last week, in a game they should have won. Kalyn Ponga missed a lot of kicks, which was the difference between winning and losing.

A bounce back effort is likely, so the $2.13 odds are worth including in NRL picks this week.

Knights by 4

8:00pm Rabbitohs vs. Storm @ Accor Stadium

Betting Tip: Storm +5.5 @ $1.90

We haven’t been impressed by the Storm or Rabbitohs recently, but backing the Rabbitohs at –5.5 against a team like the Storm isn’t a good idea.

Punters should expect a tight contest in Sydney, and although the Storm needs help to make the finals, they showed good toughness against the Roosters last week despite having limited ball to work with in the opposing half.

We expect the game to be decided in the final 10 minutes, so back the Storm to keep it close.

Saturday 25/7/26

3:00pm Raiders vs. Wests Tigers @ GIO Stadium

Betting Tip: Raiders –12.5 @ $1.90

The Tigers went from bad to worse last week with a 32-0 loss to the Bulldogs, and we can’t see them being competitive against the Raiders.

The Raiders got back to their best last week with a win over the Rabbitohs, and although making the NRL finals won’t be easy, they’re giving it a late run.

It should be another one-sided loss for the Tigers, who have endured another rough season.

Raiders by 18

5:30pm Bulldogs vs. Warriors @ Accor Stadium

Betting Tip: Warriors -3.5 @ $1.90

The Warriors have a good chance to post a quality win over the Bulldogs, and although they didn’t win big against the Dragons last week, they got the job done.

They’re looking to keep pressure on the Panthers at the top of the table, and the Panthers’ lead is now down to two points. The Warriors should want to beat the Bulldogs handsomely, in what could be a defensive game.

Covering the –3.5 spread shouldn’t be too tough for the much better team.

Warriors by 6

7:35pm Cowboys vs. Broncos @ Queensland Country Bank Stadium

Betting Tip: Broncos @ $1.88

The Cowboys started well against the Dolphins last week, but they were run over just before and after halftime, and it’s not a good look.

They might be inside the top eight, but there are worrying signs for the Cowboys, especially when facing a physical team in the Broncos this week.

Brisbane comes off an upset win over Penrith, so we’re happy to include them in our NRL picks.

Broncos by 6

Sunday 26/7/26

2:00pm Dragons vs. Titans @ Jubilee Stadium

Betting Tip: Titans @ $1.96

It’s tough to know what the Titans will produce on a weekly basis, but they were impressive when beating Manly last week.

Despite being 10-0 down after six minutes, the Titans battled back to win comfortably, and they should ride that momentum against the worst team in the competition.

The $1.96 odds are good enough to include, and they could shorten throughout the week.

Titans by 6

4:05pm Sea Eagles vs. Sharks @ 4 Pines Park

Betting Tip: Sharks –2.5 @ $1.90

This is a tough game to predict, but we’re going with the Sharks to win and cover the spread.

They are a much better team at home, and they got lucky when beating the Knights last week. However, the Sea Eagles were poor when losing to the Titans last Sunday, and they dropped their heads far too easily for our liking.

Tommy Turbo picked up another injury, so the back with the Sharks with more momentum on their side.
