The NRL continues this week for Round 22 action, kicking off with the Cowboys vs. Roosters on Thursday night.

Friday 31/7/26

6:00pm Dragons vs. Dolphins @ WIN Stadium

Betting Tip: Dolphins -10.5 @ $1.90

The Dolphins are fresh off a bye week, and they should feel comfortable playing against the worst team in the competition.

There was misguided money for the Dragons last week, but they couldn’t manage to beat the Titans, so they don’t have much hope of being competitive against the Dolphins.

We have the Dolphins scoring a big victory, and they can pile on the points quickly.

8:00pm Storm vs. Bulldogs @ AAMI Park

Betting Tip: Bulldogs @ $1.90

The Bulldogs turned up to play against the Warriors last week, and it was one of the most dominant physical performances of the year.

They now face a tough test against a desperate Storm team, who blew a good chance last week against the Rabbitohs, and the injury toll could be too much for them.

With momentum on their side, we’re backing the Bulldogs to get the job done.

Saturday 1/8/26

3:00pm Titans vs. Warriors @ Cbus Super Stadium

Betting Tip: Warriors -3.5 @ $1.90

The Warriors look to rebound after their worst loss of the season, and although the Titans have been their bogey team, they should score a win.

We’re surprised by the -3.5 line for the Warriors. They’re still one of the best teams in the NRL, and with the Panthers on the horizon, they need to produce a good effort against the 13^th-placed team.

Take the line before it moves to -4.5 during the week.

5:30pm Panthers vs. Raiders @ Glen Willow Oval

Betting Tip: Raiders +10.5 @ $1.90

The Panthers haven’t played their best over the last few weeks, including a close win over the Eels last week. Therefore, we’ve backing the Raiders to keep it close.

The Raiders are making a late run towards the finals, and although it will be tough to make it, a big performance against the Panthers will help.

We expect a close contest, and getting the Raiders with a +10.5 start is generous.

7:35pm Broncos vs. Knights @ Suncorp Stadium

The Knights played well to lose by only a point to the Roosters last week, and although injuries have come at the wrong time, they’re playing well enough to beat Brisbane.

The Broncos season ended with a loss to the Cowboys in Round 21, and it wasn’t a good showing. They made countless errors, so we’re surprised to see them open as -5.5 favourites.

Newcastle is the only team in the hunt for the finals, and that’s enough to include it in NRL picks.

Sunday 2/8/26

2:00pm Sharks vs. Rabbitohs @ Ocean Protect Stadium

Betting Tip: Sharks -8.5 @ $1.90

The Sharks are one of the form teams in the NRL, and another big performance against the Rabbitohs is likely on Sunday.

They were far too good for the Sea Eagles last Sunday, and given their record at Ocean Protect Stadium, we can’t see the Rabbitohs doing enough to keep it close.

The -8.5 line is generous, as we have the Sharks winning by 14-16 points.

4:05pm Wests Tigers vs. Eels @ CommBank Stadium

Betting Tip: Wests Tigers +8.5 @ $1.90

The Tigers have been awful over the last 5-10 weeks, but this is an ideal time to keep it close against the Eels.

Parramatta could have beaten the Panthers last week, but it was another close loss. Those losses can take their toll, and the Tigers are a team that likes to play their best when least expected.

It won’t be the most popular game this week but include Tigers +8.5 in NRL multi bets.
