The NRL continues this week for Round 23 action, kicking off with the Titans vs. Cowboys on Thursday night.

We have NRL betting tips for every game in 2026, including this week’s featured games between the Panthers vs. Warriors, Roosters vs. Bulldogs, and Dolphins vs. Broncos.

Thursday 6/8/26

7:50pm Titans vs. Cowboys @ Cbus Super Stadium

Betting Tip: Cowboys -3.5 @ $1.90

The Cowboys couldn’t have played any worse last week when the Roosters won 82-12. It was a shocking scoreline, and clearly the energy they spent against the Broncos took its toll.

However, they are good enough to bounce back with a big win over the Titans, especially given what’s on the line. They need a win to have a chance of making the top eight, so punters should expect a better effort on Thursday.

Take the -3.5 line before it moves to -4.5.

Friday 7/8/26

6:00pm Warriors vs. Panthers @ Go Media Stadium

Betting Tip: Warriors +5.5 @ $1.90

This will be a defining game for the Warriors’ season, and we have them playing well against the premiership favourites.

The Warriors didn’t look good against the Bulldogs, but they fired back with a one-sided win over the Titans, and they can push the Panthers close with the help of home advantage.

It’s tough to bet against the Panthers, but this could be the game of the year.

8:00pm Roosters vs. Bulldogs @ Allianz Stadium

Betting Tip: Roosters -8.5 @ $1.90

The Roosters are looking like premiership contenders after beating the Cowboys by a whopping 70 points, and they’re only growing in confidence.

The same goes for the Bulldogs, but with the depth of the Roosters being so strong, we have them winning and covering the spread on Friday night.

Market confidence is with the Roosters, so include them in NRL multi bets.

3:00pm Storm vs. Sea Eagles @ HBF Park

Betting Tip: Storm @ $2.00

The Storm will miss the finals for only the second time under Craig Bellamy, with the first time being due to salary cap penalties.

Their defence has been poor throughout the year, but they are good enough to beat the struggling Sea Eagles, who have fallen to 10th on the NRL ladder after some poor losses.

This game is all about attitude, and the Storm should come out with a point to prove.

5:30pm Dolphins vs. Broncos @ Suncorp Stadium

Betting Tip: Dolphins -7.5 @ $1.90

We’re still not convinced the Dolphins are premiership threats, but they’re good enough to hand the Broncos another loss.

There have been no positives for the Broncos, who are now 15th on the ladder following a loss to the Knights, and their heads are down.

The Dolphins battled past the Dragons last week, but punters should expect a more polished effort, so back them to cover the -7.5 spread.

7:35pm Rabbitohs vs. Eels @ Allianz Stadium

Betting Tip: Eels +6.5 @ $1.90

The Eels played one of their worst games last week, but it was still enough to beat the Wests Tigers.

They’re now looking to finish the season strong with a good performance against the Rabbitohs, who need to improve to have any chance of making the finals.

We can’t see it happening, so punters should expect a close contest on Saturday night.

We’re surprised to see the Raiders listed as favourites to win following last week’s disappointing loss to the Panthers.

There is much better value with the Knights at $2.25 following their big win over the Broncos, and they’re battling for a spot in the finals.

Betting Tip: Dragons +15.5 @ $1.90

The Dragons played well against the Dolphins last week, and although the Sharks are firing on all cylinders, it could be a close game.

Winning by 16 points on the road isn’t an easy task, and the Dragons are playing better now than what they showed for most of the year.

We have the Sharks winning by 12 points, so take the line.
