Storm vs. Knights Predictions – NRL Round 14 2026

The NRL continues with Round 14 action between the Storm vs. Knights on Friday, June 5 at 6:00pm at AAMI Park.

It might be 13th vs. 4th on the NRL ladder, but the Storm are favourites to beat the Knights to kick off a Friday double header.

Best Bet

Storm –4.5 @ $1.90

We were on the wrong side of the Storm last week, who pumped the Roosters, but we won’t make the same mistake again this week.

Despite needing a winning streak to close the gap on the top eight, the Storm have the roster needed to make a mid-season run, and beating the Knights on Friday would go a long way to help their cause.

Their Origin players stood up last week, including Cameron Munster, and he’s finally starting to find his feet after a moderate start to the year. He, alongside Jarome Hughes, can control the tempo of this game, and the Knights could struggle to keep up.

We’re not discounting the excellent form of the Knights, but winning in Melbourne is tough, and they’ll need to play their best just to stay in the contest. Therefore, we’re taking the Storm –4.5, as we expect them to win by at least a converted try.

Same Game Multi

Storm –4.5, Will Warbrick Anytime Try Scorer, Moses Leo Anytime Try Scorer, Over 50.5 @ $8.50

Our NRL SGM predictions include Will Warbrick and Moses Leo to score tries for the Storm. Warbrick got back to his scoring ways last week, and the strong winger should add another try to his tally as the $1.67 favourite.

Leo has been an excellent find for the Storm, and after scoring four tries from his last three games, he’s starting to put everything together. Leo could come into his own and score a big try for the Storm, so take the $1.93 odds for value.

It should be a high-scoring contest, and although that’s not always common at AAMI Park, there are plenty of tries in both teams, so it could be a back-and-forth contest.

Best Value Bet

Cameron Munster Anytime Try Scorer @ $4.00

Munster is a $4 chance to score a try, but he has three tries from his last three games, so he’s getting over the line.

He didn’t score last week, but that was on the back of Origin, and the conditions against the Roosters weren’t made for running footy.

We’re happy to include him in picks at the generous odds.
