The NRL continues with Round 16 action between the Storm vs. Raiders on Sunday, June 21 at 4:05pm at AAMI Park.

The Storm and Raiders are heading in opposite directions, which is why the Storm are –8.5 favourites at home.

The Storm are 12-0 at AAMI Park following a bye, and they should be well-rested and ready to fire against the struggling Raiders.

There isn’t much to get excited about for Raiders’ fans after losing to the Roosters 26-0 and the Eels last week. Not being able to beat the Eels without Mitch Moses isn’t a good look, and the Storm should capitalise.

Melbourne comes off wins over the Roosters and Knights, and they dug deep to get past the Knights 32-30. It was an exciting game, and although they started the year poorly, they’re making their run for the finals.

Their Origin players return, including Harry Grant and Cameron Munster, and they should have big games. Confidence levels will be high following Queensland’s win, and the Raiders don’t have enough firepower to keep up.

The Storm should cover the –8.5 spread without much fuss, and the line is lower than expected.
