Storm vs. Warriors Predictions – NRL Round 6 2026

The NRL continues with Round 6 action between the Storm vs. Warriors on Saturday, April 11 at 7:35pm at AAMI Park.

The Warriors have a poor record against Melbourne, and after two losses, they could struggle to cause a road upset.

Best Bet

Storm –9.5 @ $1.90

The Storm are 17-0 in their last 17 games against the Warriors, which is quite hard to believe considering how well the Warriors would play against them in the early stages.

It’s rare to see the Storm coming off three consecutive losses but now could be the worst time to play them. Coach Craig Bellamy doesn’t take kindly to losing, and playing a Warriors team packed with injuries is a recipe for success.

Everything started so well for the Warriors, who led the competition after Round 3. However, after losses to the Tigers and Sharks, the wheels have fallen off. They’re also dealing with injuries, so we’re picking the Storm to win and cover the –9.5 spread at home.

Same Game Multi

Storm -9.5, Will Warbrick Anytime Try Scorer, Sualauvi Fa’alogo Anytime Try Scorer, Over 47.5 @ $8.00

Will Warbrick has signed with the Warriors, but he’s still looking to score tries for the Storm. The former NZ sevens star scored four tries against the Cowboys two weeks ago, and he should get back to his try scoring ways.

Sualuavi Fa’alogo has eight tries from his last five games, and the Storm has unearthed another quality fullback. He’s an exciting player, and given how poorly the Warriors’ defence is playing, he should cut through them.

We expect plenty of tries at AAMI Park, so over 47.5 points is worth including. They combined for 56 points in their latest meeting at this stadium, where the Storm won 42-14.

Best Value Bet

Will Warbrick 2+ Tries @ $3.70

Warbrick should want to make an impression against his future team, and he should get every chance to score on the wings.

The Warriors defence held up well in the first three weeks, but they have been cut open easily by the Tigers and Sharks, and there are grave concerns about their effort levels. With his physicality, Warbrick could storm over the line for two tries, which pays a healthy $3.70 with bookmakers.
