The NRL continues with Round 23 action between the Titans vs. Cowboys on Thursday, August 6 at 7:50pm at Cbus Super Stadium.

It’s an all-Queensland affair to kick off the week, as the Cowboys look to bounce back from an historic loss to the Roosters.

It’s not easy to rebound following an 82-12 loss to the Roosters, which was a game you’re unlikely to see again in the NRL.

They were beaten from the outset, and the emotion of beating the Broncos the week prior could have taken its toll. Last week’s loss could also have taken its toll, but considering what’s on the line, the Cowboys should get up for this contest.

They fell to ninth on the NRL ladder, and their points difference took a massive hit. However, a win on Thursday sees them move back inside the top eight, and with the Titans being smashed by the Warriors last week, they’re there for the taking.

There is some trepidation in betting markets, with the line being only at -3.5, but we’re jumping on it. The Cowboys are a better team, and their expectations are high this week.
