Warriors vs. Dolphins Predictions – NRL Round 8 2026

The NRL continues with Round 8 action between the Warriors vs. Dolphins on Saturday, April 25 at 6:05pm at Hnry Stadium.

ANZAC Day action continues with the Trans-Tasman clash, where the Warriors are $1.50 favourites to win.

Best Bet

Warriors –5.5 @ $1.90

The Warriors are back to their best after easy wins over the Storm and Titans, and they look to hand the Dolphins their fourth consecutive loss.

It has been a disappointing year so far for the Dolphins, who did well to force overtime in Darwin last week, but that game should have taken a lot out of them. The weather was hot and muggy, and they had to play extra minutes.

The Warriors are firing on all cylinders, and their offence is humming. It’s good to see a team that typically has a clunky attack, and it’s why they’re second on the NRL ladder. We’re happy to keep backing them against teams like the Dolphins, who are struggling with confidence.

Take the –5.5 line before it moves to –6.5 on game day. Most of the money has come for the Warriors to cover the spread.

Same Game Multi

Warriors -5.5, Dallin Watene-Zelezniak Anytime Try Scorer, Leka Halasima Anytime Try Scorer, Under 48.5 @ $9.00

Dallin Watene-Zelezniak has six tries from his last three games, which is why he’s the favourite to score this week. The Warriors’ winger is high on the try scorers’ list, and we see him scoring another try at $1.67 odds.

Leka Halasima went awfully close to scoring last week against the Titans, and he could make up for lost time on Saturday. The rampaging Warrior hasn’t scored in his last four games, so we’re taking the $2.12 odds for an overdue try.

Despite having a good attack, the Dolphins could struggle to score against the Warriors defence, so include under 48.5 points in NRL SGM picks.

Best Value Bet

Leka Halasima First Try Scorer @ $12.00

Making a big early impact is important for Halasima, who is one of the most damaging runners in the game.

He almost scored two tries last week, and if it wasn’t for desperate defence, he would have put his name on the try scorers’ list. However, he could jot down for the opening try against the Dolphins.

The Dolphins defence isn’t fantastic, and given his power, he could storm through the line in Wellington.
