It’s rare to see the Crusaders listed as +14.5 underdogs, but it hasn’t been their finest season, and the Hurricanes are the form team in the competition.
They produced a clinic when beating the Brumbies 45-12 last week, and with their best players all finding form at the right time of the year, they are a serious title threat, which is why bookmakers have them at $1.17 to win.
It should be a one-sided game to get things started this week.

The Force have a good chance of scoring an upset win over a Waratahs team that didn’t look too good last week when losing to the Crusaders.
They haven’t quite gotten out of second gear, and with the Force having a bye during Super Round, they come in fresh off beating the Crusaders in Week 10.
The $2.45 odds for the Force are worth snapping up.

Saturday 2/5/26
It was good seeing the Highlanders score a deserved win last week after a few near misses over the course of this season.
It only came against Moana Pasifika by 10 points, but it should lift their spirits, and with the Drua being smashed by the Chiefs last week, they are there for the taking.
We don’t think there will be much between them, so we’re taking the Highlanders with the points. They have better players on their team, and they only need to cope with playing away from home to give the Drua a fright.

Moana Pasifika put up a fight against the Highlanders last week when losing by 10 points as the +17.5 underdogs. However, despite getting +28.5 points this week, we have the Blues scoring a one-sided win.
Conditions should be ideal for running rugby in Auckland, which suits the Blues, who have already put up big winning margins on teams.
It would take a big effort from Moana Pasifika to keep this game from spiraling out of control.
Blues by 33
It’s hard to know what the Reds and Brumbies will produce every week, but the Reds played well last week, and we’re giving them credit for the effort.
They lost 36-33 to the Blues in Christchurch, and with the Brumbies losing heavily to the Hurricanes, the Reds could assert dominance as the best Australian team in Super Rugby.
It will come down to discipline, and the Reds should prevail at home.
