We have expert betting tips for the French Open, where Jannik Sinner looks to continue his dominance on all surfaces.
The Italian is the $1.30 favourite to win, and although the odds are short, it could be money for jam over the next two weeks.
We have our best bets for the French Open Men’s, where the clay courts of Roland Garros will be centre stage.
Best Bet
We wanted to find a player paying better odds for our best bet, but betting against Sinner doesn’t make too much sense.
Without Carlos Alcaraz in the tournament, it’s Sinner’s to lose, and we can’t see him being beaten unless he suffers an injury. His form in 2026 has been sublime, and we’ve run out of words to describe how good he’s playing.
We haven’t seen a $1.30 favourite for a grand slam tournament for a long time, which shows how good he is, and we’re not prepared to leave him out. Even at the $1.30 odds, he’s worth including in tennis multi bets this week.
Best Value Bet
Arthur Fils is a French player worth following over the next few years, and this could be his breakout tournament on the big stage.
The 21-year-old pulled out of the Italian Open last week, which is a concern, but we’re hoping that he’s saving himself for a big run at Roland Garros.
He is on the fourth line of betting behind only Sinner, Alex Zverev, and Novak Djokovic, so there is plenty of respect in French Open betting markets, and we’re happy to climb on at the generous odds.
Best Roughie
We’ll keep tipping Alex de Minaur until we go blue in the face. The Australian continues to make plenty of money playing tennis, but there comes a time where he will regret having not won a grand slam tournament.
The ability is there, but he lacks a put away shot against the best players in the world. However, if Jannik somehow loses in the earlier rounds, a player like de Minaur could capitalise and make a deep run in Paris.
We would love the Aussie to play well, and the $81 is good enough to put a small wager on him.
Next Best
Casper Ruud put up a solid performance against Sinner in the Italian Open Final when losing 6-4, 6-4. He didn’t shirk the task, and it took quality play from Sinner to put him away.
He loves playing on clay, and he could be the forgotten player in the field. We priced him at $15 to win, and he rates better than most in betting markets.
He is another player who would love a grand slam win, and upsets can happen on the big stage.
To Make the Final
Although Zverev isn’t featured in our French Open picks, the $4.50 odds to make the final are too good to turn down.
He’s on the second line of betting to win the tournament, and although we can’t see him beating Sinner, the draw favours him to make the final.
It’s a good French Open prop bet, and the odds are better than expected.
