After a tough couple of years, it appears as though Iga Swiatek is somewhere back to her best.

The Polish player lost in the semifinals to Jessica Pegula at the Cincinnati Masters, but that followed a win at the National Bank Open when beating Rybakina in straight sets.

If she is anywhere near that level, she should make a deep run at Flushing Meadows, and there is respect for her in betting markets at $5.50. That’s a fair price for a proven winner at the top level, and we’re happy to back her.

Swiatek is a six-time grand slam winner, and although clay is her favourite surface, she’s more than capable on hard courts.

American Coco Gauff has hit form at the right time after winning the Cincinnati Masters on Monday morning.

She dominated Pegula in the final, and if she plays the same aggressive tennis at the US Open, the opposition will have to play well to stop her.

Gauff is a player who was always going to improve with time, and although she showed up as a teenager, we believe her best days are ahead. She continues to grow, and the two-time grand slam winner could be a force in 2027.

Punters get $6 for Gauff to win, which is an excellent price, and she should easily make the semifinals.

The young American is a player worth watching over the next couple of years, and she could make a deep run at the 2026 US Open.

She has already beaten some of the world’s best throughout her career, and much like Gauff, she will only improve with more matches under belt.

As it stands, Jovic is good enough to win the US Open. She has made several deep runs in big tournaments, and she doesn’t need to improve much to win at the grand slam level.

The $23 odds make her a good roughie bet, and she should cruise into the second half of the tournament, so the odds will firm.

Mirra Andreeva broke through for her first grand slam win at the 2026 French Open, and although her form since hasn’t been good, having experience winning at the top level helps.

The 19-year-old is still learning what it takes to win consistently, and although her attitude can let her down, she’s talented enough to beat the world’s best.

We’re prepared to give her another chance despite her form since Roland Garros. She’s extremely talented, and $13 is an insult to her ability.
