They got more out of their senior players, and the defending AFL champions should fancy their chances of beating Collingwood, despite the Magpies owning a better record at 2-1 and coming off a win over GWS.
We have been impressed with Collingwood so far, but Brisbane is the more desperate team, and a loss at home against Collingwood would set them back significantly. Therefore, we expect Brisbane to be far too good at home, and it could be the breakout performance they need to inject confidence into the squad.
Most of the money has come for Brisbane, so the –16.5 line could move on game day.
