North Melbourne vs. Western Bulldogs Predictions
—
Best Bet
North Melbourne might be coming off a shocking loss to Hawthorn, but it typically plays well against the Bulldogs. The Kangaroos lost 113-97 in March, and that’s a good form guide for punters taking North Melbourne +41.5.
It’s a sizable start for the underdogs, who defeated Carlton and West Coast over the last month. They aren’t the best teams to beat in the AFL, but we have been impressed by North Melbourne’s resilience after being well-beaten.
The Bulldogs are due a poor showing after three consecutive wins, and prior to those wins they lost to Hawthorn and Geelong. They’re not a complete team, so we’re picking North Melbourne to cover the sizable number.

Same Game Multi
Punters get excellent value for Nick Larkey 3+ goals at $2.75. The Kangaroos forward scored five goals in a losing effort last week, and he should fancy his chances of getting shots at goal against the Bulldogs.
He is a $1.56 chance to score 2+ goals but given that it’s only a slight risk increase for 3+ goals, we’re taking the much better odds. We also like Luke Parker to score a goal at $1.90. He has three goals from his last five games, and he’s due a big game.
Over 180.5 points is a high line, but they combined for 220 points earlier this year. They also combined for 180 points in their 2024 meeting, so the offence should take over and it could be a 110-80 scoreline.

Best Value Bet
Larkey is a good chance to get North Melbourne off to a fast start, and getting $10 for him to kick the first goal is too good to pass up.
Scoring 5.3 in a losing effort last week is credit to his toughness, and with nine goals from his last three games, he’s one of the form forwards in the competition.
Take the $10 in the hopes to get paid nice and early.
