The three-year-old filly by Proisir was an expensive purchase, so she needs to be beating fields like this to recoup her connections some money.
Barrier 12 isn’t ideal, but stretching out to 1600m adds to her chances.

We have backed Tournelle many times this campaign for no success, however, she has been a good bet for each-way punters.
She comes off four consecutive placings, including one at Geelong last start, and slight improvement is good enough to beat this field.
Jamie Mott rides and having a strong rider engaged is ideal.

Untethered looks to cap off consecutive second placings with a win, and despite being only a two-time winner, he has upside.
The six-year-old son of Turn Me Loose ran second at Bendigo behind Perfetto in heavy conditions, so the improved track won’t worry his chances.

It’s not an easy field, but Bossy Star has been in excellent form this preparation with two wins and three placings.
