Bacash has form around some Caulfield Guineas types, including a second placing behind Navy Pilot last time out.
The three-year-old colt by Cosmic Force owns two wins and five placings overall, so he hasn’t done much wrong throughout his career.

Options is having another run before the Victoria Derby, and he could enter the feature with four wins under his belt.
We backed him last time out when winning at Flemington, and that was a grinding effort over 1800m, so rising to 2000m is ideal.
He could be a nice staying type for the future.

Just a Journey was a beaten favourite at Flemington behind Getta Good Feeling, but she went down fighting, and she lost no admirers.
The three-year-old filly looked good when winning at Canterbury, and she would be better suited to racing with cover on Saturday after being exposed last start.
We expect her to be tough to beat against this field.

It looked as though Tentyris needed the fresh up run finishing third behind McGaw, and we’re happy to stick with her.
The Godolphin colt owns two wins and two placings from five starts, and he should be better going around a turn.
It’s a hot field, but he should give punters a good sight.

There is plenty of upside with Akaysha, who comes off a second placing behind Golden Slipper winner Marhoona.
That form should hold up nicely in Melbourne, and the three-year-old daughter of Capitalist looks to have a bright future at the top levels.
Getting in with 54kg should be enough to take her close.
Stake: 2 Units
We have given Nadal plenty of chances, but we’re going to the well once more against a field that’s there for the taking.
The Ciaron Maher-trained owns three wins from 11 starts, so we’re being a touch harsh, but he has taken punters money on more than one occasion.
At $6, we’re happy to include him in picks.

The eight-year-old has 16 wins on the board, and with a win at his only start at Caulfield, the track is no worry for him.
Take the $2.50 odds before money comes late.
