Argyle Star turned her form around with a win at Northam, and something close to that effort should be good enough.
The seven-year-old daughter of Blackfriars doesn’t have much to beat in this field, and she could take advantage on Saturday.
She also gets every chance from an inside barrier, so put her on top.

Saturday Sesh is already a two-time winner from three starts this preparation, including a last start win at Bunbury.
The four-year-old son of Sessions has hit the ground running this campaign, and it’s good to see for a runner that promised plenty early on.
It’s his first start on the track, but this field isn’t strong.

The Jester’s Son hasn’t done much wrong throughout his career, including four wins and nine placings from 18 starts.
The five-year-old is a two-time winner at Kalgoorlie, which adds to his chances, and his most recent win here came by two lengths.
We expect him to be right around the mark against this field.

Despite not posting a win this preparation, Exceltrain should be tough to beat with William Pike in the saddle.
The six-year-old son of Spirit of Boom is a six-time winner overall, and it’s only a matter of time before he gets back to winning form.
It’s not an easy field, but he has everything in his favour.

Seeking back-to-back wins is Decision Maker, who was too good for them at Belmont as a $12 chance.
Punters won’t get similar odds this time around for the four-year-old son of Playing God, who could show his customary big late finish.
We expect him to settle back and come with a late finish.

Angel Undercover did well to run second fresh up at Belmont, and she will only be better with that run under her belt.
The five-year-old mare by Harry Angel is a five-time winner overall, and although she’s lumped with the big weight, class is on her side.
Look for a betting push on race day as a good guide.
Stake: 1 Unit
Yonga Lass is a good fresh up performer, and she’s good enough to this race against a tough field.
The Williams-trained mare owns seven wins from 23 starts, and six of those wins have come with Pike in the saddle.
If she gets a good run in transit, she could go close.
Stake: 1 Unit
Money has come for Sentimental Hero, who was too good for them at Kalgoorlie last time out.
The eight-year-old showed them a thing or two when scoring by three lengths, and he has yet to finish worse than third at the track.
We’re happy to include him in picks at the current odds.
Stake: 2 Units
Looking to keep his winning form going is Commissions, who has won three races at Broome this preparation.
That form is good enough to compete at this level, and although it’s a new environment, he’s professional enough to get it done.
Punters should get each-way odds.
