Legacy Bay is threatening to win a race after posting four placings from her last five starts, and this race is there for the taking.
The four-year-old daughter of Zoustar ran second at Sandown two back before finishing fifth at Flemington behind Porter.
It’s a good form guide, and $3.40 is a better price than expected.

Amawasha isn’t the most consistent type going around, but he got back to winning form three starts back at Mornington.
The five-year-old son of Dundeel won over 3040m, so he’s unbeaten over the distance, and he gets the inside draw and he drops in weight to 52.5kg.
We expect him to run close at double-figure odds.
Stake: 1 Unit
The former Singapore runners are starting to have success at the midweeks, including Lim’s Smythe, who won well last time out.
He scored by a length over Private Jumbo, which is a good form guide, and he’s a good hope of winning back-to-back races.
2kg comes off and punters get each-way odds.

Coming off a win last campaign is Victorious Spirit, who could hit the ground running this time in.
The three-year-old scored by 1.3 lengths over Getta Good Feeling, who won the Wakeful Stakes before running as favourite in the Oaks.
It’s top-level form, so we’re surprised by the current odds.

Looking to remain unbeaten is Enamorada, who won at Ballarat on debut before making it a double at Sandown.
The four-year-old mare by So You Think got the better of a tidy field last start as a $1.65 favourite, and she will only benefit with a spell under her belt.
She’s a runner to include in horse racing multi bets.
Stake: 2.5 Units
It can be painful for win punters to back Itsukushima after five consecutive placings, but we’re giving him one more chance.
The six-year-old son of So You Think is threatening to score an overdue win, and although this is a tough midweek field, he tends to run well no matter what.
Barrier three is ideal, so he can’t be left out.
