#8 – Zeljko

Looking to score a win is Zeljko, who has four placings from four starts, including a third placing at Kembla Grange last time out.

The four-year-old mare by Snitzel is in good hands with Ciaron Maher, so it won’t take her long to get off the mark.

Look for odds around $2.40 from bookmakers.

Stake: 2.5 Units

Race 2. (12:45) Agrana Fruit Provincial Maiden (1350m)

#11 – Share the Joy

It’s about time Share the Joy scored a win after 21 starts, which includes seven placings.

The six-year-old mare by Overshare comes off a second placing at Hawkesbury, and a repeat of that is good enough to win.

We’re giving her one more chance, especially at 55kg.

Stake: 1 Unit

Race 3. (13:25) Milangall Park Maiden (1200m)

#5 – Lyon

Lyon is on debut for the Waterhouse/Bott stable after posting two solid trial efforts at Canterbury and Randwick.

The three-year-old colt by Zoustar is bred to show early form, and getting barrier three adds to his appeal.

Look for a betting push on race day.

Stake: 2 Units

Race 4. (14:05) Elders Coast and Country Maiden (1100m)

#3 – Cuban Cigar

Tracey Barley lines up Cuban Cigar, who has looked above average at the trials.

The three-year-old son of Churchill won a trial at Beaumont last time out, and he showed good speed throughout.

Having Jay Ford in the saddle adds to our confidence levels.

Stake: 2 Units

Race 5. (14:45) Economy Waste Group C1 (1100m)

#5 – Honey Perfume

A model of consistency is Honey Perfume, who broke maidens earlier this preparation before posting five consecutive placings.

The four-year-old mare by Toronado has yet to miss a placing over 1100m, so this distance is ideal for the improving type.

We expect her to be tough to hold out against this field.

Stake: 3 Units

Race 6. (15:25) Sublime Aluminium Midway BM64 (1000m)

#5 – Are Ee Que

Boasting excellent form this preparation is Are Ee Que, who was good enough to win at Wyong and Kembla Grange earlier this prep.

The five-year-old mare by Sidestep owns a win and a placing from three starts at Wyong, which is a nice record.

Getting 3kg off her back is enough to see her beat this field.

Stake: 2 Units

Race 7. (16:00) Domeland Kulnura Cup BM68 (1300m)

#1 – French Marine

French Marine has more experience than most in this field, so we’re happy to include him in our picks on Sunday.

The eight-year-old is an eight-time winner, including scoring back-to-back wins at Newcastle and Wyong earlier this campaign.

He is good enough to handle this field, so take the value odds.

Stake: 1 Unit

Race 8. (16:35) Mangrove Mountain BM64 (1630m)

#6 – Rebel Rhapsody

Seeking back-to-back wins is Rebel Rhapsody, who dug deep to score by a nose last time out.

The four-year-old son of Trapeze Artist might have gone to another level this preparation, and he could start this season with a bang.

Look for each-way odds on race day.
