36ers vs. Phoenix Predictions
—
Best Bet
We backed the Phoenix to win Game 1 and Game 2, and although they didn’t win in Adelaide, they bounced back with an excellent win at home.
Game 1 was a good performance, but they ran into Bryce Cotton, who went off in the scoring department. If Cotton does something similar on Tuesday night, the 36ers will be tough to beat, but we’re going with the Phoenix.
They have more depth in the scoring department with Nathan Sobey, Ian Clark, Angus Glover, and John Brown III. Sobey had 41 points in Game 2, so our NBL bets cashed, and we’re happy to back him again in Game 3.
We predict the Phoenix winning a close game, and so does the market. They’re only $1.97 on the road, and although we wanted slightly better odds, we’re happy to include them in our NBL picks this week.

Same Game Multi
Sobey comes off a 41-point performance, so the 22.5-point line is lower than expected. His scoring this season has been off the charts, and he has scored over 22.5 points in his last four games. That’s enough to include him in our NBL picks.
Cotton was held to 29 points in Game 2, and although that’s still a good number, he could be defended much better in Game 3. He has totals of 42 and 29 during this series, and the Phoenix know they need to guard him well to have any chance.
It should be a lower-scoring game than the previous two. They combined for 201 and 193, but with the offence tiring, punters should expect a lower score.

Best Value Bet
Our NBL predictions have the Phoenix winning, but we can’t see them scoring a blowout win by more than 10 points.
The final score could be around 94-90, and there is enough value in backing the Phoenix 1-10 to include them in selections on Tuesday.
We priced this option at $2.60, so snap up the value.
