The NFL continues with Week 14 action, kicking off with the Packers vs Lions rivalry game on Friday.

12:15pm Green Bay Packers vs Detroit Lions @ Ford Field

We love what the Lions have done in 2024, and although the betting support has come for the Packers, we’re backing the home side.

Injuries aside, the Lions are the better team, and they’re easily good enough to cover the –3.5 spread against the 9-3 Packers, who are good team, but not as impressive as Detroit.

It’s usually an exciting game between these teams, so expect fireworks.

Monday 9/12/24

5:00am Jacksonville Jaguars vs Tennessee Titans @ Nissan Stadium

There could be an upset brewing with the Jaguars, who could be without quarterback Trevor Lawrence, but we don’t mind.

They aren’t a great team, but neither are the Titans, and both teams have nothing to play for, so it’s all about attitude.

We’re happy to take the $2.50 for the Jags to score an upset road win.

Betting tip: Jaguars @ $2.50

5:00am New York Jets vs Miami Dolphins @ Hard Rock Stadium

Consistency has been tough for the Jets and Dolphins, but we have been more impressed by the Dolphins recently.

They have battled back to 5-7 on the year, and with a few more wins under their belt, they could end with a winning record.

The Jets are distinctly average, so we’re taking the Dolphins to cover the –6.5 spread.

Betting tip: Dolphins –6.5 @ $1.96

5:00am Atlanta Falcons vs Minnesota Vikings @ U.S. Bank Stadium

The Vikings showed why they’re a Super Bowl contender when improving to 10-2 last week and we can’t see the Falcons providing much of a challenge.

Punters get a value –6.5 line for the Vikings, and we expect them to beat the Falcons by at least a touchdown at home.

Take the line before it moves to –7 on game day.

5:00am New Orleans Saints vs New York Giants @ MetLife Stadium

We’re not keen on backing the Saints or the Giants based on their form, but we’re going to take the odds for the Giants to win their first home game.

Being 0-6 at home is quite shocking, and we’re not sure how they have any fans left. However, the Saints aren’t much better and they’re paying $1.43.

It’s better to take the $2.85 in a game that means little.

5:00am Carolina Panthers vs Philadelphia Eagles @ Lincoln Financial Field

We expect money to come for the Eagles at –12.5, especially against a 3-9 Panthers team.

The Eagles are a top chance to win the Super Bowl at 10-2, and we believe they’re still going under the radar after a slow start.

Momentum is on their side and they should put the Panthers to the sword.

Betting tip: Eagles –12.5 @ $1.90

5:00am Cleveland Browns vs Pittsburgh Steelers @ Acrisure Stadium

The current line for the Steelers is –6.5, but it has heavily backed since markets opened, so we advise taking the line as soon as possible.

They are a much better team than the 3-9 Browns, who are only 1-5 on the road, and have nothing to play for over the next few weeks.

Pittsburgh should send a statement to the rest of its division and record a big win.

Betting tip: Steelers –6.5 @ $1.90

5:00am Las Vegas Raiders vs Tampa Bay Buccaneers @ Raymond James Stadium

Winning games hasn’t come easy for the Raiders and Buccaneers, but we’re taking the Buccs to get the job done on Monday.

At 6-6, they have a chance of a playoff spot, and that should be enough to get the job done against a disappointing Raiders team.

Baker Mayfield is good enough to put up some points on a defence that is often non-existent.

Betting tip: Buccaneers –6.5 @ $1.90

8:05am Seattle Seahawks vs Arizona Cardinals @ State Farm Stadium

There is good underdog value with the Seahawks, who are 7-5 and they come off an impressive Week 13 win.

They are playing well enough to make the playoffs, and although the Cardinals are good enough to win, we don’t believe they’re the worthy favourites.

Getting $2.25 for the Seahawks is good enough to take.

8:25am Buffalo Bills vs Los Angeles Rams @ SoFi Stadium

The Bills are playing better football than the Rams, but we think there is an upset brewing in Los Angeles on Monday.

The Rams need to win this game to have any chance of making the playoffs, and with their backs against the wall, that’s often when they play their best.

Buffalo is due a letdown spot and it could come this week.

Betting tip: Rams +4.5 @ $1.90

8:25am Chicago Bears vs San Francisco 49ers @ Levi’s Stadium

The Bears are riding a lengthy losing streak and they’re finding way to lose games they seemingly have parceled up.

Not much is going right for the 49ers either, who lost both running backs to injury last week, and that doesn’t bode well.

It’s a tough game to predict but there is more value with the Bears at $2.60.

12:20pm Los Angeles Chargers vs Kansas City Chiefs @ GEHA Field

Form teams meet on Monday afternoon when the Chargers and Chiefs battle.

Most of the early money has come for the Chiefs, but this is a tough game for them, and the Chargers could be too good for them.

Beating the reigning Super Bowl champs isn’t easy, but there is something different about this Chargers team.

Betting tip: Chargers +4.5 @ $1.85

Tuesday 10/12/24

12:15pm Cincinnati Bengals vs Dallas Cowboys @ AT&T Stadium

It’s not the Monday Night Football game everyone expected, with the Bengals and Cowboys sharing only nine wins combined.

Neither team is playing well but the Bengals have more upside, and we’re happy to include them in our NFL picks on Tuesday.

The –5.5 line is good enough to snap up.

Betting tip: Bengals –5.5 @ $1.90
