Best Bet
The market was much closer when it opened, but we expected money to come for the Bulldogs, and it has throughout the week.
They are now –4.5 favourites, but punters get $1.98 for the line, and that’s worth including in picks. The Bulldogs are a much better team compared to the Sharks, and playing at Accor Stadium only helps their chances.
We don’t trust the Sharks to win games during the finals. They were down 10-0 to the Knights last week before winning the game easily, but there are serious concerns about their ability to win games on the big stage.
This is a big game, so back the Bulldogs to prevail by at least a converted try.

Same Game Multi
It should be a higher scoring game that bookmakers predict, so we’re including over 44.5 points in our NRL SGM picks. The final score could be around 28-20 to the Bulldogs, and that is enough to cover the spread and cash the over.
Tries could come from Enari Tuala and Ronaldo Mulitalo. Tuala has three tries from his last two games, including a double, and getting $2.10 to score a try is a good price.
We also like Mulitalo to score at $2.02, having scored eight tries from his last five games. He’s on fire, and we expect him to cross the line for a try.

Our NRL predictions have them winning by 6-8 points, and the $2.85 odds are worth including as a value bet. We would have been happy to take around $2.40, as we can’t see the Sharks getting blown off the park.
