Cowboys vs. Storm Predictions
—
Best Bet
The Storm are a better team than the Cowboys, but getting a +15.5 start is sizable, and they’re good enough to keep it close.
We liked what we saw from the Cowboys in their win over the Titans, and although it came against the worst team in the NRL, it should have given the Cowboys a big confidence boost, having lost to the Knights and Tigers.
With the Storm coming off an 18-14 loss to the Broncos, where they led 14-0 at halftime, confidence levels could be low. They completely folded in the second half, and if the Cowboys start well on Saturday night, they give the Storm something to worry about.
The +15.5 line is too good to turn down, so although betting on the Cowboys can be a rough ride, they’re worth including in NRL picks this week.

Same Game Multi
Murray Taulagi scored a double last week, which was his third double in his last four games. Punters get $1.93 for him to score a try, and those odds are too good to pass up.
Will Warbrick is at much shorter odds of $1.45. He didn’t score against the Broncos last week, but that followed four consecutive games with a try. He’s a premier try scorer, and he’s a worthy NRL multi bet pick.
We predict a high-scoring contest, where the final score could be 34-24, so include over 51.5 points.

Best Value Bet
The Cowboys could do with getting off to a fast start, and the man for the job is Taulagi.
He has four tries from three games this season, and many of his tries come early in the game, so he’s an ideal first try scorer pick.
Punters get $12 odds, which are generous.
