Knights vs. Roosters Predictions
—
Best Bet
We tipped Roosters –5.5 earlier in the week, but we are confident they can cover any number bookmakers post against the Knights.
They lose a few players to State of Origin duty, but they get back Dominic Young, Nat Butcher, and Sam Walker, with the latter being a key inclusion after missing most of the year.
The Roosters have a dominant 34-14 advantage over the Knights, including a close win last year. That game was a close-run thing, but the 2025 Knights are a shadow of their former selves, despite winning two of their last three.
Without Kalyn Ponga in the team, we struggle to see where the Knights’ offence will stem from. Therefore, the Roosters could run away with a comfortable road win.

Same Game Multi
We can’t see the Knights scoring too many points, so under 43.5 points is worth including in NRL same game multis.
They combined for 42 points last year and only 34 points in 2023, so it’s historically a low-scoring matchup, and the Knights have struggled to score points throughout the week. Include the over in multis for an odds boost.
We like Daniel Tupou and Mark Nawaqanitawase to score a try. Tupou has rebounded from a slow start to the year with three tries from his last two games, and the high-flying winger could outleap the Knights defence.
Nawaqanitawase has been the find of the year for the Roosters. He has seven tries from his last five games, and he has been a cash cow for punters, who get $2.15 this week. That’s a great price for a player who should relish the occasion on Saturday.

Best Value Bet
There hasn’t been much respect for Nawaqanitawase with NRL odds, but we are more than happy to take the value odds available.
He is loving life for the Roosters in 2025, and it’s good to see a hungry player making the most of his opportunities. That could continue in Round 15, and we’re backing him to score the first try of the game.
He gets into the action early, so take the $10 as a quality NRL value bet.
