NRL Round 26 Expert Tips & Predictions 2026

The 2026 NRL season continues this week for Round 26 action, kicking off with the Broncos vs. Storm on Thursday night. 

The expert NRL tipsters at GoBet have NRL betting tips for every game in 2026, including this week’s featured games between the Panthers vs. Dragons, Roosters vs. Dolphins, and Warriors vs. Knights.

It’s not quite the marquee game the NRL thought it would be when planning the season, but it should be an entertaining contest. 

The Broncos scored a rare win last week, but we’re tipping the Storm to score a minor upset at Suncorp Stadium. They should play better than they did last week, and Harry Grant will play better with a game under his belt. 

It’s all about attitude, and the Storm will want to end the year on a high note for Craig Bellamy.

Friday 28/8/26

The Sea Eagles finally turned their form around when beating the Knights last week, and it holds them in good stead against the Dragons. 

The wooden spoon is the only silverware the Dragons will win anytime soon, and although their recent form has been OK, it’s not NRL level. 

We expect the home side to cover the -7.5 spread without much fuss.

The Panthers aren’t playing well enough to cover the spread against most teams, especially the Bulldogs, who are closing in on a top eight spot. 

The Bulldogs have a lot to play for this week, and although they might not win outright, they should keep it close against a Panthers team looking to stay in the minor premiership hunt. 

It should be a close contest, so take the +7.5 line.

Saturday 29/8/26

After getting dealt with by the Warriors last week, the Rabbitohs need to bounce back with a big win over the Titans. 

Gold Coast had a big lead over the Sharks last week but caved in over the final 40 minutes. They could struggle to get up for this game, which won’t be the case for the Rabbits. 

They’re desperate for a win, and it should come easily. 

Rabbitohs by 14

The Roosters are suddenly reeling after losing to the Tigers last week, and the Dolphins look much fresher coming into this game. 

They scored an easy win over the Eels last week, which could have been a slippery game, and they have enough firepower to score points on the Roosters. 

We expect a tough battle, so the Dolphins with a +4.5 start is too good to turn down.

We don’t like including the Tigers in our NRL picks, but after beating the Roosters, we’re giving them some respect. 

North Queensland isn’t a team playing well enough to cover a -12.5 spread against a team with nothing to lose, and the Cowboys haven’t handled pressure well this season. 

Money should come for the Tigers to keep it close, so snap up the opening line.

Sunday 30/8/26 

The Warriors have made their way to the top of the NRL ladder, and we have them staying there with a big win over the Knights. 

After beating the Rabbitohs by 19 points last week, the Warriors are flying, and the Knights looked poor when losing to the Sea Eagles last week. 

There is no reason to lose faith in the Warriors, so include them in NRL picks this week. 

Warriors by 12

The Sharks would love to keep their momentum going after getting back to winning form against the Titans last week. 

They weren’t convincing in their performance, and they need Nicho Hynes to play with more authority. If he does, they should be too good for the Eels. 

Take the -6.5 line before it moves throughout the week.
