NRL Round 4 Tips

Thursday 26/3/26

8:00pm Sea Eagles vs. Roosters @ 4 Pines Park

Betting Tip: Sea Eagles +6.5 @ $1.90

The Roosters haven’t come to the party so far, and the Sea Eagles are good enough to cause an upset at home on Thursday night.

They didn’t play well against the Knights, but there is enough ability in the Sea Eagles back line to handle the Roosters attack, which scored only four points against the Panthers

The Roosters have allowed 100 points in three games, so take the Sea Eagles +6.5.

Friday 27/3/26

6:00pm Warriors vs. Wests Tigers @ Go Media Stadium

Betting Tip: Warriors -13.5 @ $1.90

The Warriors lead the competition after three consecutive wins, and they should account for the Wests Tigers, who lost two of their best players to serious injuries last week.

We don’t see the Tigers putting up much of a fight without Jarome Luai running the ship and given the way the Warriors have played so far, they should put up a big number on the visitors.

Take the –13.5 line before it moves throughout the week.

Warriors by 16

8:00pm Broncos vs. Dolphins @ Suncorp Stadium

Betting Tip: Dolphins +6.5 @ $1.90

The Broncos did well to come back from a 14-0 deficit to beat Melbourne last week, but the Dolphins finally clicked into gear against the Sharks.

It was a one-sided win for the Dolphins, who have the best attack in the NRL, and it was only a matter of time before they put everything together.

It should be a close game at Suncorp Stadium, so take the underdogs with the points.

Saturday 28/3/26

3:00pm Bulldogs vs. Knights @ Accor Stadum

Betting Tip: Bulldogs –12.5 @ $1.90

The Knights suffered a big loss to the Warriors last week, and they could struggle over the next few weeks given their injury toll.

We’re not sure why the Bulldogs were underdogs against the Raiders last week, but the 14-0 win in wet conditions showed their playoff credentials.

If the Bulldogs come focused, they should hand the Knights another one-sided loss.

Bulldogs by 14

5:30pm Panthers vs. Eels @ CommBank Stadium

Betting Tip: Panthers -12.5 @ $1.90

The Panthers have started the season with three good wins, and although the Eels scored a win over the Dragons last week, they should struggle to keep up.

It’s another big NRL spread this week, but the Panthers have a potent offence and defence, and they should thrash the Eels at CommBank Stadium.

The –12.5 line is generous considering the difference between these teams, so include them in your NRL multi picks this week.

Panthers by 20

7:35pm Cowboys vs. Storm @ Queensland Country Bank Stadium

Betting Tip: Cowboys +12.5 @ $1.90

The Cowboys need to play at their very best to cover the spread against the Storm, but based on their win over the Titans, we give them a chance to keep it close.

They match up well on paper against the Storm, and with Melbourne giving away a 14-0 lead to the Broncos last week, their confidence levels could be down.

We expect a close game on Saturday night, so the +12.5 line is worth including in NRL picks.

Storm by 8

Sunday 29/3/26

4:05pm Raiders vs. Sharks @ GIO Stadium

Betting Tip: Raiders @ $1.85

It hasn’t been the start to the year the Raiders expected, but this will be a good test for them against the Sharks.

Cronulla was no match for the Dolphins last week, which was a disappointing effort, and bouncing back with a win over the Raiders could prove difficult, especially at GIO Stadium.

The Raiders love a Sunday afternoon game, and we’re happy with the $1.85 odds available for the favourites.

Raiders by 6

6:15pm Titans vs. Dragons @ Cbus Super Stadium

Betting Tip: Dragons @ $1.92

Bookmakers can’t play the Titans and Dragons, but the Dragons were right in the game against the Eels last week before a yellow card derailed their charge.

We don’t rate the Titans, who could go 10-11 weeks without picking up a win, and although this is their best chance to win, betting on the Titans comes with trouble.

A small play on the Dragons is recommended to close out the week.
