Panthers vs. Storm Predictions

Best Bet
We can’t remember the last time the Storm were +8.5 underdogs, so we’re taking the points on offer.
They come off rare consecutive losses, and they choked in both games. They led 14-0 against the Broncos in Round 3 before giving up a sizable late lead against the Cowboys last week, so something needs to change for the Storm.
However, despite not playing as well as the unbeaten Panthers, the Storm always measure up in the big games. They are 2-0 against the Panthers in their last two games, including a 22-18 win in golden point last season.
This game will be a good guide to how well these teams will perform in the finals later this season, and we have the Storm measuring up to cover the +8.5 spread.

Same Game Multi
Will Warbrick produced the goods last week with four tries, and it’s still hard to believe that he scored four tries and the Storm lost. Punters get $2 odds for Warbrick to add to his growing tally, which are much better than expected.
Thomas Jenkins has 10 tries in four games, which is hard to believe. He was playing reserve grade not long ago, and now he’s scoring tries for fun. He’s benefitting from a great system at Penrith, and he’s the $1.60 favourite to score a try for a reason.
Given the attacking players on the field, our NRL predictions include over 43.5 points. The final score could be around 28-24, which comfortably sees the over cash.

Best Value Bet
Considering he scored four tries last week, getting $5.50 for Warbrick to score 2+ tries is an excellent value bet.
If his inside players give him good service, Warbrick only needs to finish, and he has the size to topple over Jenkins and To’o.
Punters get generous odds, so include him in NRL picks this week.
