Sharks vs. Dolphins Predictions
—
Best Bet
It took the Dolphins 60 minutes before they decided to play last week, but coming from 14-0 down to beat the Titans 18-14 was a good comeback effort.
Beating the Titans is hardly good form, but expectations are high for the Dolphins, and if they put everything together, they have the best offence in the NRL, as they showed last season when leading in attacking numbers.
Not much has changed for them, so it’s all about attitude, and against a physical Sharks team, playing with their foot off the gas won’t suffice. The Sharks scored only six points when losing 26-6 to the Panthers, so their attack was kept in check.
Getting a +7.5 line is a healthy number despite being on the road, and the Dolphins could go close to winning outright.

Same Game Multi
Hamiso Tabuai-Fidow contined his try-scoring ways with a late try last week, and it’s not often punters get $1.78 for him to score. He’s a dynamic runner, and with the Dolphins slowly growing in confidence, he’ll only get more opportunities to score.
Jamayne Isaako is a good finisher on the wing, and although he bombed a try last week, he doesn’t often make the same mistake twice. The Kiwi international pays $2.03 to score, which is a good NRL multi bet inclusion.
It could be a try-fest, so include over 55.5 points in multis.

Best Value Bet
Tabuai-Fidow doesn’t mind scoring a hattrick, as he did late last season, and punters get massive odds of $15.
The Queenslander is one of the fastest, if not the fastest, players in the NRL, and he gets through the defence without getting out of second gear.
He’s also one of the best support players, so if a Dolphins player makes a line break, expect Tabuai-Fidow to be on the end of it.
