Fremantle vs. Carlton Predictions
—
Best Bet
After losing by only 24 points to Hawthorn last week, we’re backing Carlton to keep it close against Fremantle on Sunday.
The Dockers are playing well after posting three consecutive wins, but they defeated the West Coast Eagles by only 49 points, and the Eagles are a much worse team than Carlton, so we’re happy to take the +31.5 line.
It’s good to see Charlie Curnow verbally confirm he’s staying with the Blues, and that could give them confidence to end the regular season. He’s an integral player, and they need him to kick goals, and after kicking five from his last two games, he could lead Carlton to a good result.

Same Game Multi
AFL odds have the total points line at only 158.5, but we think there could be more points than expected, despite their last two games going under the total.
The final score could be around 90-75, so we’re confident enough to include the under in our AFL picks this week.
Curnow is a $1.83 chance to score 2+ goals, and we can’t turn down those odds. He is the most important Carlton player, and after scoring five goals in his last two games, he’s starting to show his best form.
Patrick Voss is also worth including after scoring nine goals from his last two games. He’s enjoying a good stretch of form for Fremantle, and getting $2.03 is better than expected.

Best Value Bet
Getting $10.50 for Curnow to score the opening goal is a price we never thought would be available, so it’s our best value bet.
He is showing more urgency under dire circumstances for Carlton, and although they are big underdogs, he could get them off to a fast start.
