Ascot Racing Tips for Saturday, October 24th 2026First race in 1d 15h

The Belgravia Stakes headlines the 10-race card at Ascot on Saturday, and there are some promising types lining up in the listed feature. It’s a good day of racing in Western Australia, and the form out of this meeting should hold up throughout the spring.

Race 1. (14:44) Morley Growers Market Plate (1000m)

#5 - Malastar

BET NOW

Malastar was only beaten narrowly on debut, and she could turn the tables this time around.

The two-year-old filly had good betting support on debut at $3.10, and we expect money to come for her again.

Barrier three with 54kg on her back is ideal.

Stake: 1 Unit

Race 2. (15:24) Tabtouch Westspeed Platinum Heat 1 (1200m)

#2 - So Si God

BET NOW

So Si God is in good form this preparation, including a win two back at Belmont before placing last time out at Ascot.

The four-year-old mare by Playing God has yet to miss a win or placing at Ascot, so her track stats read well.

This race is there for the taking, so include her in picks.

Stake: 1 Unit

Race 3. (16:04) PKF Perth BM66 (1000m)

#2 - Last Stylebender

BET NOW

Last Stylebender is gunning for three consecutive wins, and although they came at Kalgoorlie and Northam, his form here is solid.

The six-year-old son of Harry Angel owns a win and four placings from seven starts at Ascot, and he’s a four-time winner at the distance.

The stats read well, so we’re happy to include him in picks.

Stake: 1 Unit

Race 4. (16:50) Brent Maas 1MW (1800m)

#2 - Streamlined

BET NOW

Boasting two wins and a placing from three starts this preparation is Streamlined, who was too good for them at Ascot last time out.

The four-year-old son of Maurice is a three-time winner from seven starts overall, and being from this stable helps his cause.

Look for a betting push on race day as a guide.

Stake: 1 Unit

Race 5. (17:34) MC Equine Surfaces Handicap (1600m)

#8 - Tiff's Lad

BET NOW

Tiff’s Lad isn’t the easiest runner to follow, but he looked good when running second two back, and he could produce an upset.

There isn’t too much form in this race, and he’s a past winner at Ascot, and the drop in distance could help sharpen him up.

He’s a roughie, but worth a small bet.

Stake: 1 Unit

Race 6. (18:15) Peters Investments BM66 (2200m)

#7 - I Love Ya Money

BET NOW

I Love Ya Money is running well this preparation, including a win at Belmont two back before placing at Ascot last time out.

The four-year-old son of Gingerbread Man should get all favours from barrier three, and 54.5kg on his back makes him tough to beat.

We expect money to come for him, so take the opening odds.

Stake: 1 Unit

Race 7. (18:50) Guinness BM78 (1000m)

#9 - Bassett Hound

BET NOW

Boasting four consecutive wins is Bassett Hound, who looked good when winning at Ascot fresh up this preparation.

The four-year-old son of Wootton Bassett owns four wins and two placings from seven starts, and although facing a tough field, he has upside.

We expect him to settle back and come with another late run.

Stake: 1.5 Units

Race 8. (19:26) Coppers Irish Night Club 1MW (1200m)

#4 - Fine Star

BET NOW

Fine Star looked good when winning back-to-back races last preparation, and she could hit the ground running this prep.

The four-year-old mare by Fierce Impact owns two wins and three placings from eight starts, which is a good overall record.

Barrier five is ideal, so she should be right in the mix.

Stake: 1 Unit

Race 9. (20:02) Liquor Barons Belgravia Stakes (1200m)

#1 - Beatty @ $3.00

BET NOW

Beatty is a smart type in the making after posting four wins from five starts, and he’s a colt to follow this spring.

The three-year-old son of Gingerbread Man comes off a trial win at Belmont, so he looks ready to go, and he should be unbeaten.

He only needs luck from a wide barrier to test this field.

Stake: 2 Units

Race 10. (20:37) Johnny Fox's BM72 (1400m)

#6 - True Player

BET NOW

True Player is a quality type in the making after posting six wins and five placings from only 16 starts.

The six-year-old son of Playing God has yet to win at Ascot, but he has three placings from three starts, which is a good record.

Lucy Fiore rides, which adds to his appeal.

Stake: 1 Unit
