First race in 3h 34m We have expert betting tips for racing at Bendigo on Wednesday, which includes eight races at the quality meeting.
Punters get good value odds for the Victorian meeting, and we have betting tips for every race on the card.
Race 1. (13:00) Bendigo Mazda Maiden (1000m)
#1 - Aemond @ $1.95

Looking to make a big impression on debut is Aemond, who is a $400,000 purchase for the Freedman stables.
The three-year-old son of Written Tycoon looked solid at the jumpouts with two placing, and he wasn’t asked for much of an effort.
Mark Zahra is a key booking, so keep him safe in picks.
Stake: 1.5 Units
Race 2. (13:35) Wild Plumbing Maiden (1000m)
#5 - London Fields @ $5.00

Ciaron Maher lines up London Fields, who comes off a trial placing at Caulfield behind Happy Pegasus.
The $400,000 purchase by Stay Inside gets 1.5kg off his back from the in-form Jabez Johnstone, and that should be enough to take him close.
Look for a market push as a good guide.
Stake: 1 Unit
Race 3. (14:10) Ranbuild Maiden (1600m)
#2 - Churchill Lane @ $18.50

There isn’t much depth to this field, and Churchill Lane could take advantage with Will Gordon in the saddle.
The four-year-old son of Churchill record his first placing from six attempts last time out at Moe, which came in heavy track conditions.
It’s a tidy form guide, and it could be enough to win.
Stake: 1 Unit
Race 4. (14:45) Ladbrokes Hosted Pots Maiden (1400m)
#3 - Captain Redbeard @ $4.80

Captain Redbeard didn’t show much on debut at Newcastle, but coming to Victoria resulted in a placing at Seymour.
The Maher-trained gelding wasn’t far away as a $12 chance, and we’re not surprised by the shorter odds this time around.
It’s another good ride for Johnstone, who could have a big day.
Stake: 1 Unit
Race 5. (15:20) Smartloans BM66 (1400m)
#6 - Master of the Air @ $8.50

Master of the Air doesn’t have a good form line, but he’s better than what his form suggests.
The Gavin Bedggood-trained gelding comes off a Group 2 race at Caulfield for Chris Waller, and the change in stable could revitalise him.
He’s a quality thoroughbred at his best, so give him another chance in BM66 grade.
Stake: 1 Unit
Race 6. (15:55) HJ Miller Electrical C1 (1100m)
#6 - Shapenapit @ $12.00

Shapenapit scored a breakthrough win at Bendigo last time out, and she has always looked like a type who could rise through the grades.
The four-year-old mare by Bivouac owns a win and three placings from five starts, and owning winning form at the track adds to her appeal.
It’s a slick field, but she should be around the mark.
Stake: 1 Unit
Race 7. (16:30) Bendigo Locksmiths BM78 (1000m)
#3 - Always Enuff @ $9.00

Always Enuff could make an impact fresh up, and her fresh up record of two wins from five starts is encouraging.
The five-year-old daughter of Capitalist won her only start at Bendigo, and she’s also a five-time winner over the distance, so the stats are good.
It’s a moderate field, so include her in horse racing picks.
Stake: 1.5 Units
Race 8. (17:05) Share Media BM70 (1600m)
#8 - Zebra Finch @ $3.50

Zebra Finch showed good speed to win two back at Sandown before placing last time out in a tough race at Caulfield.
The Maher-trained gelding went down fighting behind Stay Silent, who won again on Saturday, so the form checks out well.
Getting 1.5kg off his back helps, so he’s a good inclusion in picks.
Stake: 1 Unit
