Dolphins vs. Titans Predictions

Best Bet
We didn’t think the injury to Herbie Farnworth would have such a big impact on the Dolphins, but they need to get over it. They have been shocking since he went down, losing 62-14 to the Roosters and 58-30 to the Sea Eagles last week.
Despite some shocking recent form, they should win and cover the spread against a Titans team coming off four consecutive losses. If a team as talented as the Dolphins can’t measure up on Sunday, there’s little hope for them.
With the Roosters only barely hanging onto the eighth spot, the Dolphins should come out with something, and that should be enough to win by double digits.

Same Game Multi
If the Dolphins want any chance of making the playoffs, they need their senior stars to stand up. Jamayne Isaako and Hamiso Tabuai-Fidow need to be better than recent weeks, so I’m backing them to score tries on Sunday.
Tabuai-Fidow is one of the more electric players in the NRL, but he can clock off at times. He should be fully focused against the Titans, and he could score a double. Isaako is always focused, but he doesn’t always get good ball from his inside players.
He needs Kodi Nikorima to stand up and give the winger good ball, but we’re backing that to happen in what should be a high-scoring affair where defence takes a backwards step.

Best Value Bet
When Tabuai-Fidow scores one try, he typically scores them in bunches. The Queensland Origin representative has a lot of pressure on his shoulders, but now is the time to stand up.
He is one of the best support players in the competition, so if any Dolphins player makes a line break, he should be there to finish it off.
$3.90 is a good price for the flyer to score a double.
