Panthers vs. Wests Tigers Predictions
—
Best Bet
The Panthers are now showing why they’re the defending NRL champions, and they could hammer the Wests Tigers on Saturday evening.
Having beaten the likes of the Rabbitohs and Bulldogs recently, the form checks out, and they started the winning run with an 18-14 win over the Tigers. They weren’t at full strength on that occasion, and they still won, so that bodes well.
Penrith has a 27-15 advantage over the Tigers, so it’s never a tough occasion, and considering how many points are in this team, the Panthers should cruise to an easy victory.

Same Game Multi
There is a stack of Panthers players who are good chances to score, but we’re including Thomas Jenkins and Dylan Edwards. Jenkins has five tries from his last five games, and after going try-less last week, he wants to get back on the scorers’ sheet.
Edwards was in much better form against the Rabbitohs with a double. He returned from State of Origin with a big performance, and punters get $2.12 for him to score again. That’s an excellent price to include in NRL predictions this week.
We can’t see the Tigers scoring too many points, so under 48.5 points goes in the mix. The final score should be around 30-10, so punters have a few points to work with.

Best Value Bet
Mitch Kenny isn’t a prolific try scorer, hence the odds, but we’re including him in our NRL picks as a value bet.
He likes to snipe around the middle of the field for a try, and when the Tigers get tired in the second half, they often fall away close to the play-of-the-ball.
The odds make him a worthwhile pick.
