Rabbitohs vs. Warriors Predictions

Best Bet
Money has come for the Warriors to win outright, and we’re backing them to bounce back from a tough loss to the Raiders. They didn’t enjoy playing in the extremely wet conditions in Auckland last Sunday, but they made some costly errors late in the first half.
The Rabbitohs aren’t an easy team to beat, but we have been impressed by the Warriors defence for the most part, and they look like a genuine top four team if they keep playing to the same level.
The Warriors won the most recent meeting 34-4 on the road, so that’s a good form guide, and it could pay to include the road team in NRL multis this week. The $1.70 odds are likely to firm with most of the betting support coming for the New Zealand team.

Same Game Multi
Bookmakers have the line at 44.5, and that’s based on the Warriors defence, but it should be a high-scoring contest. There are plenty of points in both teams, but this could be a breakout performance for the Warriors.
We see them scoring many tries in what should be ideal conditions at Accor Stadium, and that could see the final score being around 28-24.
Dallin Watene-Zelezniack and Alex Johnson are our try scoring picks. Walene-Zelezniack hasn’t scored since returning from injury, but it’s only a matter of time before the Warriors winger gets on the board, and he has been well-backed to score at $1.84.
Johnson is typically good for a try, and we thought his odds would be shorter than $1.91. Include the Rabbitohs winger in NRL same game multi picks as a value play.

The Maroons could have done with Kurt Capewell on Wednesday, but his lack of selection could fuel the fire to see him cross for a try.
He scored a try against the Dolphins when crossing in the 35th minute and given the $7.75 odds for Capewell to score on Sunday, we’re including him in our picks.
