Sea Eagles vs. Roosters Predictions
—
Best Bet
The Roosters have a good recent record over Manly, including a 40-16 win at home last year. That could be enough to see them win on Saturday night, which should be a close game.
The Sea Eagles don’t have a fully fit team, and although the Roosters are always struggling with injury concerns, they have enough depth and firepower to cope. That’s why money has come for them to win the Round 22 game, firming into $2.10.
We expect more money to come for them after only narrowly losing to the Storm last week, and considering Manly was thrashed 42-4 by the Bulldogs, we’re not sure where their heads are at.

Same Game Multi
Injecting some value into our same game multi is Robert Toia to score a try. He scored two tries in three games earlier this year, and although he didn’t score against the Sharks or Storm, he went close to scoring last week.
The Queensland State of Origin player has class on his side, and although he’s a strong defender, we expect him to score a try at generous $3.50 odds.
Daniel Tupou is at much shorter odds of $1.60 to score. The high-flying winger has seven tries from his last five games, and although the odds are skinny, he’s the perfect player to include in SGM picks.

Best Value Bet
We think bookmakers have missed a trick here with the halftime/fulltime line. The $2.80 is a price typically for a team paying around $2.25, and since the Roosters firmed into $2.10, the line HTFT line hasn’t moved.
Punters should snap up the odds for a team that could dominate the Sea Eagles from the outset, and the Roosters typically get out of the gates early.
