Wests Tigers vs. Sea Eagles Predictions
—
Best Bet
The Tigers opened at much more generous odds, but we’re still happy with the $2.24 odds available.
They need to turn around a 28-10 loss to Manly in June, but that’s when Manly was still in the playoff hunt. Those hopes are all but gone for the Sea Eagles, who have lost three consecutive games to the Raiders, Roosters, and Bulldogs.
Those are three tough teams to play, but the Tigers come off a 28-14 thrashing of the Bulldogs, and if that doesn’t give them confidence, we’re not sure what will. They are an enigmatic team, but good enough on their day to beat a hurting Sea Eagles outfit.

Same Game Multi
Jeral Skelton has been in fine try-scoring form for the Tigers. He has five tries from his last four games, including a double last week, and he’s our best scoring option for this game at $1.85.
Our next best option is Sunia Turuva, who has been disappointing in the try-scoring department. He hasn’t scored close to the number of tries he had with the Panthers, which is because he doesn’t have Nathan Cleary on his inside. However, he could score an overdue try on Sunday at $1.98 odds.
Under 47.5 is included in our NRL SGM picks. We can’t see Manly putting up a big total, as its confidence levels are shot.

Best Value Bet
We don’t often take first half markets, but we expect the first half to be the highest scoring half of the game.
The Tigers could come out humming with 2-3 first-half tries, which should be enough to get the job done. The second half could be a more tired defensive 40 minutes, but the energy levels should be there at the start.
